High quality, fairly priced accommodation. My bedroom and en suite were spotlessly clean & comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. The attention to detail was impressive, with lots of little extras included in the room. Not to mention the tunnock's tea cake. The breakfast was superb and locally sourced and I can recommend the haddock & poached eggs! Pam was...

My three sons and I celebrated my 65th birthday with a week of golf in Scotland. The No 12 B&B was outstanding, Pam made us feel right at home. Helped us find good places to eat, and breakfasts were great, make sure you do the smoked salmon and eggs if she has it. Location was great, could walk to town...

There were three couples in my group, the men on a golf trip, the women on their own. :) Pam did a great job of not just providing the B&B experience, but went out of her way to accommodate the vegetarians in the group, working to make reservations at restaurants, making recommendations on tourist activities (e.g., Dundee v. Edinburgh,) etc....

We spent 4 nights at No 12 and would strongly recommend this B&B to others. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were great (vegetarian haggis, of all things), although a few of us missed a couple because of early tee times, but Pam provided us with lunches to take. Her recommendations for where to go eat in St Andrews...

You absolutely cannot go wrong in booking a stay with Pam and Bunty at No 12 Bed and Breakfast in St. Andrews. Pam is a warm, thoughtful, smart host. She went out of her way to ensure that our time in St. Andrews was perfect (contacting a local restaurant to let them know we had vegetarians in our group, for...

We had two lovely nights in Pam's B and B in St Andrews. Very comfortable beds helped me have the best nights sleep I have had in a long time. The breakfast was superb and PAM MADE US VERY WELCOME - as did Bunty the friendly dog whom I could have taken home with me. We will be back.

We stayed 5 nights at No12 B&B and had a fantastic experience. Will definitely stay here next time we visit St Andrews. Our room was lovely and modern, was spotlessly clean and very quiet. There was a super choice of freshly prepared local produce for breakfast, can highly recommend the smoked haddock and smoked salmon. No12 is situated in a...

Pam and Bunty were incredible. We stayed 4 nights with them and could not have had better service. The rooms were perfectly comfortable and the food was amazing. I event tried Haggis and Black Pudding - Pam makes the best around. Pam helped us get all our golf organized and was incredibly accommodating. She even broke out a bottle of...

Everything was just fine. The landlady is very friendly and extremly helpful. She was helping us with the taxis, with phonecalls, with maps and with inside knowledge about the town. The rooms are clean and breakfast is fresh and tasty.
