Great service, staff genuinely friendly and caring. We had an excellent meal in the Grill room! Steaks were amazing! Good and varied wine selection. Comfortable rooms. Nice location. Decor appealing. Nice comfy couches in the bar area. All made for a most enjoyable and relaxing stay.

We chose the Dean Park Hotel for a family 'tea' on the 2nd January, as we had elderly relatives and young children in the group. We thought there would be a great range of food and that it would be quieter than in town, as the local football derby was on that day. After we eventually found the hotel, we...

I am so delighted I arranged to meet friends here. A very long time since I had been in the area, not disappointed. Staff could not be more helpful and atentative without being intrusive, Rihanna was an absolute delight. Dressed Haddock was delicious as was the Burger apparently. Generous portions, presentation excellent. Great Value for money.

The hotel needs some TLC and feels uncomfortably old. Hot water is non-existent in multiple rooms and the place needs a complete makeover. The restaurant is extremely expensive but the food is below average. The pear tart came 'deconstructed' which basically means it isn't a tart at all. My stay occurred during a Christmas party which ran til the early...
