We had a high tea tonight at £11.95 each, we got tea and toast as is normal with a high tea, then one of us had scampi the other had macaroni. Very tasty and very filling. The cakes and scone came - a nice selection although the rum truffle was so strong! We left that but ate the rest and... More

We stayed here recently, our bedroom was spacious and clean with a nice en suite bathroom . Our evening meal was of a very good standard and served to us by pleasant staff. The breakfast menu had a good selection of choice ,and again we were served promptly , therefore I would recommend this hotel to future travellers

Stayed overnight to meet up with family who live nearby, everything about the hotel was good. The room was clean and well equipped, the bathroom was a bit dated but everything worked, a good size modern TV. Breakfast offered a great choice was freshly cooked and service friendly and efficient. Reception was friendly and efficient would definitely stay there again

Arrived here on Fri 5th August after traveling all night to get to Scotland, hotel is literately a 5 min walk from Kirkcaldy train station (half & hour train ride to city centre of Edinburgh). Arrived at reception around 11am but they told us check-in was usually 2pm, explained that we had been on a coach all night, they kindly... More

Was a bit disappointed with the hotel this time we have stayed there a number of times, but it has been bought out by another company. On arrival we had to pay up and was told we couldn't put anything on the room had to pay as we got our food. Our room was not suitable as you couldn't see... More

There is so much potential for this hotel but it looking very tired. Also I would not recommend the restaurant the food is not great at all look elsewhere to eat if you want a nice meal. This hotel is currently not worth the monies it cost to stay over night

Two couples stayed here for two nights. The hotel is quiet & it was spotlessly clean. We found the staff are extremely friendly & helpful. The town of Kirkcaldy does not have a great deal to offer but surrounding areas north towards St Andrews & south to Burntisland are enjoyable.
