You can walk to the Pleasance in 20 mins or catch one of 3 bus services into the centre at a stop only 3 mins walk away; journey time anything from 7 to 20 min to North Bridge depending on traffic. A lovely house in a quiet...

Spacious interiors, charming hosts and a fantastic breakfast. Spotlessly clean, lots of piping hot water and a lounge, which is a bonus. Located just past the Commonwealth Pool, it is only a 10-12 minute bus ride. Buses are £1.60 per single journey or £4 for the day, Tickets are sold on the buses but you need the exact amount -...

As before, Richard and Maki were very welcoming and helpful, breakfast was well presented and there was lots of choice - also, you...

We arrived at this guest house and good to see a safe parking area. We walked around to the front of the house and the garden was immaculate and a lovely wide entrance. We were greeted by Richard, who was very informative about the local area. We were shown to our room, which was on the ground floor and was...

Stayed 2 nights in May. Beautiful building with an amazing large window on the stairs. Used street parking, which was free, rather than guest car park. Warm welcome from Richard. Stayed in room 9 - the wifi doesn't want to work in the room but was fine in the reception and breakfast room TV signal also patchy and had to...

We had a very pleasant stay here, owners are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Bus stops which take you right to centre only 2 min walk from B and B. Breakfast is superb. Would certainly recommend.
