Well run Guest House with a great location just on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Easy 10 minute bus ride into city center from just outside and in a beautiful neighborhood with walking path on the canal which is overlooked by rooms at the back. Delicious breakfast and helpful hosts. Friendly pub down the street for food and drink.

So happy with our decision to book the Lindsay Guest House. Clean spacious room, friendly hosts, lovely cooked breakfast every day. Transport was great, bus route into the centre outside, short distance for taxis and you can walk it in 25 mins! Loved Edinburgh for New Year and would choose this guest house when I come back!

We booked the twin room with ensuite relatively last minute for three nights over new year and we couldn't have been luckier. Great price, super clean, lovely hosts, comfy beds, easy bus into the city (which you can also walk) and an amazing breakfast! What more could you ask for? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Pamela and Keith (the owners) made our stay so comfortable with their friendly and welcoming attitude. Beautiful place to stay and convenient for town with a bus stop right outside. The Number 10 and 27 bus will take you directly into town in literally 10mins. Breakfast was beautiful too. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would be back myself...

We stayed here for one night as a place to drop our bags off and sleep after visiting the markets and seeing some sights. The owners Keith and Pamela were very welcoming and friendly, gave helpful guidance on the bus routes and city etc. Our room was originally a double en suite family room on the top floor but after...

We were booked here when our reservation at another B&B was canceled. I think we were fortunate this happened. Spent three nights and enjoyed our stay; great hosts, quiet location, beautiful facility, good breakfast and good bus connections. We look forward to visiting again.
