When you book a Premier Inn, you know what to expect for what you pay. However, for what we paid, this Premier Inn provided SO much more than we ever expected! All staff we encountered were really friendly and helpful. Upon check in there were biscuits, sweets and whiskey that we could help ourselves to! Brilliant touch. The rooms are...

Convenient for where we wanted to be and always know that Premier Inn is fairly consistent on important things like cleanliness and comfy beds. Bit of train noise but copable with. Some misunderstanding re breakfast - told it was till 9.30 at check in but when got there at 9.05 were told we were just in time as breakfast was...

I get to stay in Premier Inns regularly through work and though you know what to expect with the brand (which is the attraction), some are better than others, this is certainly one of the better ones. I stayed in a new part of the hotel and the room was very comfortable, with a big wide screen TV and good...

Love Premier inn as you know what to expect. We were visiting my daughter at university. Situated just off the A1 with good parking. You Walk across the road to the train station to get into the city. Buy your ticket on the platform, £3.20 return to Waverley station for 10 minute journey. Trains during the day are every 30...

Does exactly what a Premier Inn should - predictable room, beds, service. Not exciting but good VFM. Useful location for where we needed to be. Handy for the big roads (A1 and ring road). Not far into Edinburgh

Stayed here to attend a birthday party nearby. Staff on reception very helpful and friendly. We were given a family room which was very big and comfortable. Would stay again if in the area. Only tip we would give is buy breakfast next door separate as this is cheaper than premier Inn rate

Just what you would expect from this type of accommodation. Good location for us because we were visiting friends nearby. Didn't see a member of staff during our three night visit apart from when we arrived. Didn't eat at the nearby restaurant so can't comment on quality.

We stayed at the Premier Inn at Newcraighall a week ago and simply couldn't find fault with service, bed, cleanliness... lovely big room and spotless, well designed bathroom. It was a very comfortable stay. The cherry on top was the fact that it was so close to the A1 going north and therefore dead easy to find and also very...

The hotel is £35-£40 taxi fare away from the airport but only a 3min walk for the train station. Very convenient for traveling to the city. The staff are very friendly and I'd highly recommend this hotel.
