Stayed thee for work. After my experiences of Glasgow Airport and Norwich Holiday Inns I feared the worst. How wonderful to be proved wrong. From arrival to departure I felt cared for and valued. The reception staff were polite, helpful and professional (as were those working in the restaurant during breakfast) The room was well maintained, clean and had a modern feel. I had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was very good - especially by comparison with the Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport. Thank you. I would stay here again

We stayed here for 2 nights while taking our young children to the zoo. We were lucky as we managed to find a parking space - there didn't seem to be a lot of parking for guests. We stayed in a double room with a sofa bed. The hotel also put a travel cot in as we requested. There's no getting away from the fact that the rooms are tired. Our windowsill was rotten, the windows didn't open properly/safely and the bathroom ceiling was mouldy. We paid £189 for a 2 night stay. Had we paid more (which it would have been had we booked for next month) I think I'd have felt more let down. The receptionist told me they are planning to start refurbishing the bedrooms this spring which is promising. I usually have very high standards when it comes to hotel rooms but despite the tired room, we had a fantastic stay. The reason it was so good was the staff. They were all genuinely lovely. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant and every staff member we encountered was friendly, as were the reception staff. I have to mention Fior who served us at breakfast both mornings, she was so cheery and great with our kids too. Your staff are fantastic and it is because of them that we will be booking to stay again, even if the room isn't perfect.

I stayed here as I was working near Perth, very helpful staff and comfortable room. I also used the swimming pool and sauna, just remember to book in advance. Evening meal ( Steak, grilled Tomatoes and Seasoned fries were delicious. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast of Bacon, Eggs, Sausage, Baked beans, Hagis with toast.

Stayed here again for 5th time another wonderful stay very friendly and helpful staff. Value you for money good selection of cooked food for breakfast and evening meals would recommend for families. Hotel was very clean leisure area was clean and the staff member on reception was very helpful and made us feel very welcome my only criticism of stay would be in my opinion bottles of water and perhaps a hot chocolate sachets could be provided in rooms but other than that no other complaints great stay and we will be back next year for our 6th year
