Dear Sarah, We are pleased to read your feedback you enjoyed your stay. I am not sure which room you had on your stay. Sometimes the smaller rooms not fits the king size beds. Hopefully we can have you back soon in a bigger sized bedroom. Many thanks again, No.11

Stayed at this delightful hotel, early May, for 10 days whilst visiting friends and family in Scotland. This hotel is located on a quiet street, within 12 minutes walk of Waverley Station and Princess Street Gardens. It is a small hotel with around 14 rooms, spread between basement and two upper floors. There is no lift, so disabled persons could...

We are always delighted to have you back and thanks for the wonderful feedback again. I do apologise because of the wifi experience. We have different rooters each floor to avoid bed reception. As we are an old high ceiling building sometimes hard to reach one of them than better to switch in between. Unfortunately as I mentioned this is...

Warm welcome from reception - including a bit of history about the building. All the staff I met were very friendly. A problem with the iron in my room was resolved extremely quickly. The room (no. 7) was one of the smaller rooms - built into the attic with sloping ceilings that one had to mind one's head on -...

Location was quite good, about 15 minutes walk from Princess street. The lady at the reception was Spanish and running the hotel with her husband. Very friendly people, also the polish girl at the restaurant very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was really great, you could have continental or typical scottish or everything as you wish. The hotel was also...

To call this hotel a boutique hotel, would be very accurate. It is very cool, stylist and relaxed. Parking is right outside the front door. You need to pay for a ticket during the day but not at night. The Hotel was a perfect location for us as we were going to the playhouse which is just two minutes up...

The hotel is conveniently situated near the centre of Edinburgh yet tucked away down a quiet street, it is a 5 minute walk away from the tram stop in York Place. We were welcomed on arrival and shown our room (room 9) which was tastefully decorated , the bathroom was lovely with a double shower although a bit small ....

Fabulous little find, loved the whole ambiance of 11 Brunswick with fabulous staff and nothing too much trouble. Comfy cosy room and spotlessly clean, bed was so comfortable. Breakfast choice was superb and served quite obviously cooked fresh ( when was the last time in a hotel you actually got a hot fried egg? Usually luck warm at best! )...

This small, beautifully restored and decorated Georgian hotel, in an elegant Edinburgh street, is a great place to stay. The owners and staff are delightful: friendly, helpful, courteous, but never intrusive. Our room (no. 5 at the front of the building) was wonderful: very spacious, with extremely comfortable, king-size four-poster bed. There was also a comfortable settee, chairs, table/desk, as...
