From the moment we made our booking and dealing with the countless of phone calls and emails from me the team at no.11 couldn't be anymore helpful. My brother was getting married on New Years Eve and trying to find hotels for our family to stay in was a challenge, luckily we managed to find 4 rooms in total at...

We stayed on Thursday 12th January We were going to a show at the Playhouse and the stay was part of a Christmas present. I was very impressed with the food and the room. However what let the whole experience down was the lack of hot water. We went to have a shower on the Thursday night and the Friday...

We live on the same street as No11 and it is our favourite restaurant. The food is unfailingly delicious and fresh and the staff are exceptional. I highly recommend it to all of my friends and family as we go every few months and they never disappoint. Their pre-theatre deal makes the food amazingly good value considering the quality and...

Gorgeous hotel to stay at. Service second to none. Excellent breakfast. Had evening dinner on our second night. Meal out of this world, we both had Steaks, and my wife whom normally doesn't have; absolutely love it. Only small criticism was our room was beneath the dining room; so you could hear the tables, chairs and foot steps in the...

Stayed for one night at No11 as we were attending an event at the nearby Playhouse Theatre. The room was large and well equipped and was exactly what we were looking for. We had also booked the 3 course dinner including a bottle of Champagne which was absolutely superb and represents tremendous value for money. The building itself is a...

We stayed here for one night in January in the Georgian Suite. The room was spacious and well decorated and the en suite had a powerful shower and an amazing bath. The only downside to the room was the four poster bed had two mattresses put together rather than one large mattress. We had the 3 course meal which was...

Thank you for your lovely review. We are delighted you enjoyed the stay. We have invested in Mattress Toppers to avoid future disappointed with the mattress. We look forward to your return and better bed experience.

Excellent small hotel. Very helpful staff, well presented spacious rooms, fantastic food - the 5 course tasting menu is more like a feast than a tasting menu. Central location but on a quiet street (10 mins. walk into major shopping area, 20 mins. walk to The Mound). Can't fault it and we'll certainly be back.

Stayed an overnight at No.11. We were warmly welcomed at reception and given all the necessary information to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We had previously upgraded to a mini suite which was beautiful. The furnishing were lovely and comfortable and the en-suite was spacious with a double head shower unit. We dined at the brasserie and had...
