The guesthouse is located at the outer areas of Edinburgh. Nevertheless it is very well connected due to the bus stations which are around 10 meters from the entry door of the guesthouse. The bus number 41 transported us in 10 minutes into the city center. The two elderly owners are very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was brilliant including... More

My future husband and I stayed here in 2005, but I didn't join tripadvisor until 2012, so I apologize for the late review. Our stay at Kelly's was great, so I really felt that I wanted to give them credit, even years later. The prices for the accommodations were very reasonable. The location is not right downtown, but it is... More

I stayed at Kelly's in Edinburgh the night before delivering a presentation at a conference. I am a really light sleeper and, when I have a big day ahead, I find really difficult to sleep. Not at Kelly's. The room was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. All of the facilities provided - tea and coffee making, TV etc. - were... More

The guest house is not central, but it´s very easy to access. The bus stop (line 41, Lothian Bus) is exactly in front of the... More

Spent a wonderful weekend at Kelly's. The room was bright and spacious with great faiclities. Breakfast was as much as you needed with a choice of anything, recommend everything. Clean guest areas and welcoming hosts. Highly recommend this as a home from home in Edinburgh with great links to the City Centre.
