very comfortable room with private external bathroom, this was room 6 very modern with everything you would need I/e kettle /hairdryer/ water provided. Just a word of caution it is not suitable for someone who has walking difficulties there is a lot of stairs. we stayed for 2 nights and loved every minute of it . especially the breakfasts

I have to say I didn't stay at Adam Drysdale House, however my parents did spend there Ruby anniversary here whilst touring Scotland. I called and spoke to Janette, who from the word go was absolutely lovely, I was actually calling to ask a favour - by popping a bottle of champers in the room. Not only did she go... More

We stayed here for three nights the weekend before Christmas and it provided the perfect place for a weekend get away and to do our Christmas shopping! Janette is lovely and very welcoming and also makes a great cooked breakfast. The room and ensuite were clean and well kept with everything you need provided. The beds were very comfortable and... Back home after a brilliant weekend in Edinburgh and we had a lovely stay here. Jeanette was very friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed in (room 5) was a comfortable and clean room with nice modern ensuite. It had everything that we needed. We chose to walk in to town, which was a 10 min walk to Princes Street.... I stayed 3 nights in this very nice B&B. Janette is a charming hostess who takes very well of her guests. Good location in short walking distance to the city centre and Napier University. Clean room with very good bed. Good offer of toiletries. Breakfast offers nice selection with real Scottish breakfast and ground coffee. Will definitely come back.

Our visit to Edinburgh was made all the more pleasurable by Jeanette at Adam Drysdale House, she was a lovely host serving wonderful breakfasts. The room we stayed in was at the top of the house and had a great refurbished bathroom, in spite of being at the front of the house it was quiet and we slept very well,... More

We had a very comfortable stay in Adam Drysdale House. Janette was very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. We enjoyed a lovely homecooked breakfast every day and the room was clean and nicely decorated. Location is very close to the city centre and we were able to walk everywhere.

We booked a twin room for the weekend for myself and my daughter When I arrived, I received a nice welcome and shown to the room. I was a little dismayed with the room which was very dated there appeared to be a lot of extensions and sticky tape about, Sticky tape on the front door, light switches wires etc.... More
