Close to the airport is very convenient if you have rent a car from the airport and need a parking space. Traditional British house, serves as a B&B. The triple room was a bit small as well as the bathroom, but not a problem. Amenities to make coffee or tea in the room are welcome. The view from the room... More

It was nice to have parking at the guest house. The owner was friendly and helpful. My bedroom was small but sufficient. The guest house is a walkable distance to the city centre, although it is quite a long walk. I love walking, so this was not a problem, however. The breakfasts were pretty good. There was a very good... More

Great place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. Just a 10 minutes walk to the city. Bus stop to the airport at the door step. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Wifi worked without any problems.

This bed and breakfast has big bedrooms but the bathroom /shower is a bit cramped. The decor is in good repair. The house has a good feel about it. There is a large selection of foods at breakfast including fruit juice, fresh fruit, grapefruit, prunes, a cooked breakfast, toast, scones, and jams and tea or coffee. It is in a... More

We had the triple room on the ground floor, which was great since we didn't want to have to carry our luggage up/down the stairs. The room itself was lovely and pretty well soundproofed since we could barely hear the street traffic or the comings & goings of other guests (the room is right next to the entrance door). The... We had a lovely stay here in October 2014, but have only just got round to reviewing! The house itself is nicely laid out, with large bedrooms. The owners are very friendly and not overbearing like some can be. Location-wise, there is a tram stop not far a walk which will get you to the city centre in 10 or... More

We stayed in room 5 of this 3-floor B&B. It was probably a single-family house at some point that was converted to a guest house. Nice quiet neighborhood We walked to the tram/bus station everyday, which was just a couple of blocks away, since we had no car. James was a very helpful manager who helped track down my luggage... An ideal location if you are arriving in the capital by 'plane as the 100 Bus stops over the road. Also convenient for getting into the city. Not far from Scotrail's Haymarket Station and the tram stop. Greeted with courtesy and helpfulness. Clean and comfortable room (shared bathroom) and reasonably quiet. Full, generous brekky (veggie no problem) and, most importantly... More
