Stayed here for a night for a family wedding blessing. Hotel was so much nicer on the inside than it looked on the outside so was pleasantly surprised. There were a lot of stairs to climb to get to our room on the 2nd floor which was very frustrating especially with luggage.

Thank you for your review Danielle. With booking through Booking.com is states for you there that we do not have a lift within the hotel and on arrival the terms and conditions it states there also, which would have been signed either by yourself or whom you shared your room with. I will apologise about the breakfast issue again, its unfortunate that you didn't mention this when breakfast was served as this could have been avoided. There is continental breakfast included with the room which is stated upon check in. I think your personal statement about the 'Blonde lady who greeted you at reception' is very down putting and label like, this issue once again wasn't brought up with the waiting staff on shift which would therefore be a confusion when approaching a member of management. I'm sorry you felt that way and its unfortunate that the beans where missing from your plate. Thanks again for your kind comments
