Room, clean, airy and extremely comfortable. The welcome from Linda & Steve is amazing and the breakfast was quite ample and delicious. I cannot sing the praises high enough. Will definitely stay again and again!

The was the perfect base for a short business trip. The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated and very, very comfortable. Linda is very welcoming and full of useful information about the locality. She gave me a scenic (yet practical) route home. I would love to go back sometime.

Now, here is a quality B&B in Dundee. Linda, a caring host, takes pride in her home, and cuts no corners. Delicious breakfast served with heart. Guests individually cared for. Thank you for your every effort Linda.

I stayed here whilst away on business, the b&b is situated about a mile outside the main town of Dundee. Upon arrival I was made to feel very welcome as I was shown to my room. The rooms are very clean & comfortable. I highly recommend this place and I will stop again when next in area.

This is a large house on Broughty Ferry Road although there is no noise when you are in your room. I booked at the last minute and was in a single, but it was well decorated as is the whole house, it feels very elegant. The welcome is very warm and friendly and the breakfast included poached eggs which were... More

There is absolutely nothing wrong at all I could say about this place. The welcome received and general chat with the owner was very warm and friendly. The room and all areas of this guest house are clean, well maintained and unlike other b&b, hotels and guest houses they feel fresh! Free breakfast provided was very good too. Location is... More

I stayed mid-week in late July 14. I travel a lot with work and very rarely do I experience such a warm, welcoming establishment. Linda was great - offering advice on where to venture in the evening; she recommended Broughty Ferry for somewhere to eat and she was bang on the mark. My room (No4) was spotless and the bed... My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Aberlaw Guest House. The room was very clean the bed was comfortable. Despite being on a busy main road, our room at the rear of the guest house was quiet, so we both had a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good – my wife... More
