4 persons 2 rooms very dated not very clean. Would not recommend this to anyone. Breakfast just would not of bothered horrible. Even the a cup of coffee was disgusting. The man that was there was friendly. Really need to sort the place out. No no no not a B&B I would recommend. Did not take any photos but there...

Checked into Anderson's for one night. Very friendly greeting with tips about what to visit and where to eat for dinner. Given a top floor room with great views over the River Tay. Not the biggest room in the world and the bed had seen better days (it creaked every time you moved). Excellent breakfast though that set us up...

Can't understand all the moans, it's a low cost B&B not a 5 star hotel so what do you expect?. I received a very warm and friendly greeting and during my three day stay, and the hosts could not have done more to ensure my stay was as pleasant as it could be, even providing maps and local information. This...

Should have left straight away on arrival. Advertised as a traditional bed and breakfast, traditional should not mean rundown, outdated, poor customer service and the right to treat single room customers with arrogance and contempt. Room 9 is a pokey single room which is more corridor than room. The bed was old with poor mattress, the linen old worn out...

A little dated but clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and enjoys chatting about the interesting particulars of Scottish history. The location's ideal as the center can be reached in minutes by foot. The price is very good value and I would defiantly return.

Quite a nice location high up in Dundee, close to a park with views over the river and a direct bus route into the city centre (X5). The walk is not too far either. The room was dated with some broken and dusty fittings, but acceptable for the price. The bed itself was comfortable. On the down side, breakfast was...

Loved our room on the top floor, great views and breeze. Lovely old house. The stairs were somewhat steep, but not a problem for us, loved the old architecture. Everything was tip top shape and very clean. The innkeepers were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. All in all a very nice stay.

I was booked to stay here for a few nights over the summer but had to cancel due to personal circumstances. Whoever I spoke to was very rude & abrupt on the phone, clearly the only thing on his mind was money as I was told repeatedly that I would be paying for the first night (which I had no...

“The view from Room 8 on the top floor is fantastic, the photo I've added doesn't do it justice. You can see the railway bridge spanning across the River Tay and some lovely hills on the other side. It's worth the climb up the steep stairs in my opinion!”
