What a great location. It's simple but nice and feels just like home. Lovely service on arrival and clean cosy rooms. With an amazing view of the harbour. Free Wifi and parking at the rear. Just a quick stroll across the road for dinner and really close to the town cetre

On first impressions, this place shouldn't have five stars. A bit of rot in an outside window frame and the air of being quite old and worn. But I'm giving it five stars for a few very good reasons. Firstly, it's cheap. £49 for a clean comfortable room is for nothing. There is free WiFi, a decent TV and unlike... More

Stayed here with other half as he's here on business. Bed is most uncomfortable. Creaks when you move. Could feel very single spring. At breakfast owner clearly saw I'm heavily pregnant and refused me breakfast as my partner didn't book the night before. Wouldn't even consider letting me eat anything. Even if I paid the £3. Every time I tried... More

I stayed with a friend for one night in a twin room. The host was very welcoming however the place requires some love and investment. On arrival I was slightly confused by the Christmas tree in the hall way, considering it was the end of feb! The room was a decent size and had a view of the garden however... More

the host was very nice and friendly on booking and checking in. However I feel the place is in need of some TLC. Stained carpets, doors and walls which didn't leave a very good impression. My room was fine, but again pretty grotty. I had to look at one clean corner while showering as the rest had grime on it.... More

We had this last minute stop over as our journey north had been interrupted by the closure of the snow gates on the A9, so we diverted to Dundee as we may have had to continued our journey via Aberdeen. Anyway, this was all done in a huge rush, but the owner was terrific in accommodating us. Basically, I don't... More

Window was open on arrival and although there was a radiatior the heating never went on at all all night resulting in the room being very cold. Bed was very uncomfortable and noisy which resulted in poor sleep. Chairs in the bedroom was all stained. Inside drawers were all stained. 1 of the drawers even had a suppositorie in it... More

This is a professional run B&B on the outskirts of the City Of Dundee and there lies the problem, when you do not have a car like me then it causes some problems; yes there is a good bus service in the daytime; every ten minutes, this goes to hourly after 6.30pm and a taxi costs from the city is...
