Our time at the B&B was great. John and Linda were excellent hosts. I felt like I had known them forever.. Would stay there again for sure. Close by the mall, train station, the water front. Tons of places to eat. The Aabalree is stellar.

We stopped here on a cycling tour of Eastern Scotland for 1 night. We were initially weary about the lack of ensuite but it wasn't an issue as we had access to 2 shower rooms. The showers were great and the rooms were spotless. Slept brilliantly and well located a stones throw away from the new V and A museum... More

This B&B is special because it is run by a lovely couple - John and Linda - who really look after their guests. It's not the best appointed place but it is in a fabulous, central location, excellent value for money, scrupulously clean and run with real care and attention. I'd stay there again like a shot.

John and Linda are just superb as is the shopping centre just a stones throw away! For an old building and property, the rooms are very spacious and the service is even better. We visited last year with all the family and we will continue to go every year going forward. Breakfast is scrumptious and there is something for everyone.... More

Rooms spacious and spotless. Hosts brilliant. Stayed 3 nights and would go back. Great as it is in centre of town. Wish I had known it was there before when I had been in Dundee. John and Linda make you more than welcome.

We had the great pleasure staying at John and Linda's Aabalree Guest House this past 2 weeks and could not have had any better hosts. Breakfast was awesome, hot showers at night, and Laura had the rooms cleaned spotless everyday. Located ideally in the heart of downtown Dundee, you can't go wrong by staying at the Aabalree Guest House.

I have stayed here twice and each time has been excellent. The first time was in a single room, and the second time was yesterday in a double room, and both rooms were to a very high standard. Spotlessly clean with a tv, sink, kettle and generally just plenty of space. The rooms aren't ensuite, but that wasn't a problem... More

John and Linda are the perfect hosts and guests are made very welcome. Rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean with generous supplies of tea and coffee provided.
