Breakfast very good indeed; fresh, tasty, local food cooked well. Hosts are friendly and very welcoming. Plenty of hot water. Clean. Facilities for making tea, coffee etc in room. In my view good value for money.

Stayed at the Bobbin b&b with my brother and one boxer dog whilst visiting family in Scotland. Nice rooms with comfortable beds, allows dogs into your room. You get a key to the main door so no problems walking the dog whenever necessary. Friendly owners and good food. Great value for money.

Booked in on way to England as we had stayed before about 7 years ago. Very disappointed with our room. Needed decorating. Bed very poor. Sheets clean but stained. Blankets used. A duvet would be better. Host very friendly and breakfast good. Very expensive for what we got as a premiere Inn is half the price. Sorry to say but...

We stayed for three nights and are already planning a return visit. Room, food, facilities, hospitality were all first class and Helen even helped us with our luggage. There is a private gated car park at the rear which is a big advantage. Excellent value. B&K(East Yorkshire)

The owners welcome and warm personality more than makes up for the rather jaded and tired looking rooms . The breakfast was amazing . Beautifully cooked and way more than we could manage . Certainly not a luxury stay but as a cheep b+b well worth the money .

I stayed for three nights and was made so welcome and fed so well I didnt eat for the rest of the day. My nervous dog was welcome and with walks starting behind the guest house he and I could take a quick constitutional before breakfast.I would definitely go back again.
