A very warm and friendly Bed and Breakfast. The owner Alan was very accommodating and couldn't do enough for us after coming to the rescue at very short notice to provide us a room in Hawick. Room was nice and sizeable (period property) and well furnished with plenty of teas/coffee and soaps etc. Breakfast was great, lots on offer and... More

Our family of 6 made a last minute choice to book an overnight stay at Alan's B&B and couldn't have been happier with the choice. The rooms were comfortable with everything needed and the kids loved the funny shaped bathrooms. Alan also ensured that he briefed us on all the eateries in town for an evening meal. A full Scottish... More

Our party of 6 Adults, 3 children and a baby stayed here 3 nights for a family celebration, and although the original room arrangement had to be changed on arrival the alternative was not as convenient but was acceptable. Alan went out of his way to make sure everything was satisfactory and we could all breakfast together as well as... More

My parents stayed here for 4 nights last week, when visiting family, and throughly enjoyed themselves. The hospitality they received from Alan made their trip in Hawick special. Room number one was excellent; clean, well appointed (with tea and coffee making facilities and a TV) and clean towels were put in the room everyday! The breakfast was outstanding with a... More

A very warm and friendly Bed and Breakfast. The owner Alan was very accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. He made sure we had food we liked for our breakfast, which was a very large spread of cooked food, cereals, fruit, yogurts and fruit juices. Our room had a double and single bed which were very clean. Stayed for 2 nights with my parents, adjoining rooms. Due to traffic, arrived after 11pm but Alan was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Location was very handy for the town. Will certainly go there again.
