The farmhouse was very well appointed and had everything we needed. We travelled as a family and therefore had two rooms next to each other, with room for a small child. Cath was great and catered for all our needs. The farmhouse had a very warm, friendly and homely atmosphere and was just ideal for our two night stay. Close to Oban itself. Would have no hesitation in staying there again in the future.

A delightful bedroom with our own breakfast room in an old farmhouse. With access to the conservatory surrounded with lovely plants. This lovely B&B left us feeling very pampered. Breakfast choices were varied and beautifully cooked and presented. My gluten free needs were well catered for. A pot of tea welcomed us on arrival and whenever we came back from our daily excursions if Catherine was around. Advice on where to eat was particularly appreciated. Within easy distance of Oban.

After a long day of driving and sight seeing we were thrilled to arrive at the Ariogan Farmhouse and to be greeted by Cath, a most welcoming and friendly hostess. Our rooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We expected to have just a bedroom but instead had a bedroom, living/kitchenette area as well as use of the lovely garden room, we only wish we were staying more than one night! Cath was kind enough to recommend a small local place for dinner. We drove down a long, winding, dark road and were rewarded with a nice and casual dining experience. The next morning we were treated to a wonderful home cooked breakfast served in the privacy of our own little apartment, it's almost like breakfast in bed. What a treat! After we said our goodbye's and hit the road again we noticed a call had come in from Cath, I had left my jacket behind. Since we were now about hour and half away we asked if she could please send it through the mail. My jacket arrived today and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Cath! We plan to visit Scotland again someday and when we do we will stay at the Ariogan Farmhouse, you should too.

My DH, daughter and I arrived in Oban without any reservations. The nice folks at the info center helped us find accommodations for all 3 in this beautiful gem. We had a family room (adjoining bedrooms - queen bed and adjoining room with twin beds) with our own private bathroom. Catherine was lovely, warm and very welcoming. Our rooms were updated, had fresh flowers from the garden, and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this place. Close to city center and yet away from all the hustle. Beautiful views from picnic table out back. Fantastic!
