Stayed here for one night due to necessity , room was clean enough if you overlooked the mould near the window,no bathroom light which if u leave door open can be overlooked, outside the hotel the temperature was probably close to zero, due to the lack of radiators ,heating and Prehistoric windows it was exactly the same inside , had... Just back from a weekend at the White Hart . They have been busy refurbishing some of the rooms and I was lucky to get one of them. They are lovely and quirky, really nice. Would love the wallpaper for my dining room! The food just keeps getting better. Try the chicken sweat chilly noodles, Yum! The staff are nice... More

Stayed here recently while visiting family. Reasonable sized room with comfortable bed. Could do with a wee makeover but otherwise clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant area was very nice with welcoming staff and good value food. Would stay again when visiting.

I had a small double room to myself and the bed was very comfortable. There was a good breakfast choice and everything was self-service except the cooked breakfast. But on the minus side there was too much mould visible in the bathroom. I only chose to stay at the White Hart as I'd stayed there 60 years ago and was... More

Our stay here was awful start to finish, and I can speak for several of our friends who occupied other rooms on the same night. - music blaring below our room from pub/function suite. Didn't stop until 2am, didn't sleep until then. Was so loud the bed was vibrating. - room was damp, dampness showing on bathroom walls and bathroom... More

Stayed for one night. Got a OK room, Basic, but good value for the money. The evening meal was good pub food made at the hotel, even had fresh chips. Not frozen! Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Breakfast was fine. Good value for the money and would go back.

Dirty, probably not decorated in years, stale smell, dodgy room door with huge gap at the bottom and had to be forced shut. Crappy breakfast to top it all off. The only thing that was missing was the complementary orange boiler suit, which to be fair would have been handy for keeping myself clean.
