You could feed 2 people comfortably on one amazing chicken Marland or mixed grill. Superb value and bountiful. We came for a family evening meal. Sticky toffee pudding also tastes amazing. This is pub fayre from an Aberdeenshire pub at its best.

Stopped here three times now - always clean, nice breakfast, eaten evening meal in the bar - fast friendly service. If the car park at the front is full there is another just down the side of the hotel and provided you are away by 08:00 the public car park opposite is free overnight.

12 of us went for lunch on Sunday afternoon to celebrate my cousin's 21st Birthday. We had to pre-order as there were so many of us which was no problem. The service was really good and friendly and there weren't any long waiting times in between the courses. The menu has alot of choice so I had gone for the... More

Last year we visited the west coast of Scotland so this time we decided upon the east and settled for Peterhead. We originally booked in to The Palace for 4 nights but due to an unexpected family illness had to cut short our trip to 2 nights and return to England. We found the Hotel and our room to be... More

If you have to stay in Peterhead it needs to be comfortable. The Palace Hotel is just that. Welcoming and efficient, it's right in the centre of town with its own car park. Not huge rooms but comfortable with all you need including free Wifi. If you need to eat there is no need to leave the hotel, a comprehensive... More

I've been coming here for 3 years and I've witnessed the ongoing improvements to many areas of the hotel. Inc, re-roofing, new heating systems, double glazing, and decor throughout. The staff are very efficient, friendly and make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Only slight problem I have is the main menu hasn't changed in 3 years. They... More

Was here when having a meeting. Food was great and staff were so warm. It was so windy when I came so mostly I stayed inside and only went out for sightseeing and looking for food nearby. Recommended choice if you plan to be in Petehead
