Stayed for one night in June, nice quiet place, clean and spacious room, friendly people, off street parking at the back. Good location for restaurants and pubs, would recommend and would visit again. Never had breakfast here so can't comment.

This small hotel was built by Admiral Gordon. If you want to stay somewhere flash and modern this is not the place for you, but we had a very comfortable three nights and the evening meal was one of the best we had during our time in Scotland - good no nonsense cooking. The coffee at breakfast was good too,...

A very pleasant little B&B to rest your head for the night. Decor slightly 'old fashioned' but adds to the character of the historic building. Owners very friendly and breakfast was delicious. The quality of the fresh produce was clear. Good location in Banff for walks to the harbour & high street. I would stay again if ever passing through...

Once, in the 1700's an admiral had taken over the Carmelite buildings. I think he is gone by now, but we came: The norse invation of Scotland by bike. We had two nice, old fashioned double rooms. Our shower was in the old closet, like in any other old building. The single room had the shower in the corridor. All...

Spent one night on a golfing trip but well worth it. The hosts were very friendly, they made you feel as if you were a friend they had not saw for a while. The room was a great size, in a lovely house with a lot of history. Facilities were good as well, great wee shower and a telly that...

This guest house is right in the middle of Banff with easy access to the harbour, shops and pubs and a parking facility round the back. It is an old building with two floors, and I had one of the only two non-en-suite rooms (there is a shared bathroom and toilet facility for those two rooms) which was £36 per...

We stayed one night on our week long driving trip. The room was spacious with comfortable beds for one adult and two children 10 and 15. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Good shower and towels too. Our hosts were the most interesting folks, enjoyable to talk to if you want to but respectful of your privacy if you don't want...
