I arrived on Sunday and departed Friday. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy and triple glazed so quite when the windows are closed (no air con) I was in room 33 which is at the top of the building and although spacious I found the bed very hard! The hotel is just across... More

I had booked into this hotel on foot of it being centrally located. In the run up to my reservation, I attempted to cancel one of the nights due to a delay and it rooms my 5 attempts to get the though to the hotel. Although a member of staff told me I would only be charged for the nights... More

Stayed here for two nights whilst Golfing in the area. The Staff were all very attentive, the room was clean, spacious if somewhat basic. The Breakfast was very good so I twice had an Evening Meal here which was excellent on both occasions. All in all a very nice Hotel / Restaurant.

I haven't been to Soprano's in a couple of years and it is just as wonderful as I remember. The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful, which you would hope was the case everywhere but so often now it is not. We came in for dinner before a show at the Tivoli and we were served promptly and the food... More

The location is terrific for travelers, 2 minutes from the train and bus stations. Offers both standard and hostel accommodation. Near the harbor, comfortable, clean, friendly, reasonable prices. There is a nice restaurant, too. More: the owner runs a variety of programs to connect travelers to each other and locals: language exchange events, films, Karaoke. The staff is very helpful... Stayed for an overnight on 10th June. Booked on a deal so expected a wee pokey room. Pleasantly surprised with room we got, lots is space, bright and comfy. A little bit worn around edges but nothing a screwdriver and lick of paint won't fix. Hotel overall had nice quirky feel to it. Staff were very welcoming and polite. We... More

Great location friendly staff. Only issue was uncomfortable bed found it difficult to sleep. Don't go if you have mobility issues as very steep stairs Breakfast was excellent had an evening meal even with money off voucher was expensive although I think Aberdeen is much more expensive than Glasgow

Wonderful atmosphere i found the hotel to be clean and very friendly. The food was freshly made so be patient but well worth it , excellent quality for both breakfast and dinner. Ask about parking for your vehicle close to bus station and trains .

I stayed here for a few nights so that I could visit my sister who was in hospital closeby, and what a treasure it is!! My room was on the corner overlooking the harbour where I could see the ships coming and going. The breakfast was sumptuous and my room spotless, but what made this stay extra special was the...
