3rd time here a very good hotel to stay in the City Centre, small carpark, great staff and very clean bedrooms and all you need. Breakfast is included and is the normal Express fair, not great but works. well worth a visit and try the nightlife very near buy, enjoy.

Do not book a front of hotel room, couldn't get slept all night due to the noise of people out and about and going to the bakers right across the road, could hear everything outside. Terrible.good location buts that's about it.

Many thanks for your feedback Angela D, apologies that you found it a little noisy. Our location in the heart of the city is, without doubt, one of the hotel's greatest assets. Unfortunately though, this does go hand in hand with the fact that the streets can become rather lively, particularly at weekends. The installation of sound-proof triple glazing is...

2 night stay for sons interview at University. Excellent location to Union Street, for shopping and eating. excellent friendly , efficient staff. Room good size, very tidy and clean, perfect. Breakfast excellent, location is right beside taxi rink, doors designed to close silently, peaceful at night, very well maintained, safe and secure.

It was my second visit to Aberdeen. I choose the hotel mostly of it's location, but did not regret. There were only few things that could be better - first the shower room has no heating and it was cold, only in the bedroom there is one radiator, second no fridge in the room, which would be good, just mention,...

Many thanks for your feedback ddjurova, glad you enjoyed your stay. We're hopeful that a major refurbishment will take place soon which will hopefully resolve the lack of heating in the bathrooms. Usually this is not a problem as the heat from the bedroom is enough although, on this occasion, it sounds like the heater may not be operating correctly....

We chose this hotel as we were going to the theatre and dining at a local restaurant so it was convenient. Check in was a long drawn out process because although there were two receptionists on the desk they were checking in a slightly awkward party of twelve women as I entered. Neither of the receptionists acknowledged anyone else at...

Thanks very much for your feedback kateroo1970, it's very much appreciated. Apologies for the delay at check-in, unfortunately this does happen from time to time when larger groups arrive together. Regardless of this, the staff should indeed have acknowledged waiting customers and I will remind them of this immediately. You are absolutely correct when you say that many guests tend...

From the moment we arrived and were greeted warmly by Mhairi until we checcked out the following morning we very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The hotel was able to accommodate us earlier than the agreed check in time of 1400 which was especially welcome as it enabled us to reach, comfortably, our engagements in the afternoon and...

Stayed here for my birthday night out in town. Excellent location, spotlessly clean rooms and friendly staff. Knew about late check out for IHG members too. Did not have breakfast but would imagine it is to the same high standard.

You get what you pay for. This time, I think it fair to say we got a little bit more. The location is bang in the centre of town and the room was clean. The service was good and prompt. All told, a good experience.

Most of the centre of Aberdeen is within a short walk from the hotel. Our room was clean, modern and surprisingly spacious for a budget hotel. The included breakfast, although rather bland, was more than adequate. As others have mentioned, the hotel car park is very small and the nearby multi-story park can be relatively costly depending on the time...
