We were not guests at the Hotel, but did stop in for dinner on a recommendation of our nearby B & B. This was our best dinner during our almost two week stay in Scotland. The waitstaff was good and the food presented well. On a side note, I loved their carpeting and I'm anxious to find that pattern in...

This was an excellent venue for a big group of adults and children to catch up and have dinner. The tables were well spaced for us as we had pushchairs. Also lots of 7-8 year olds. Very child friendly with a play area outside. We stayed for a total of 5 hours! There was no rush from the waitresses. The...

We booked a table for 16 plus 8 babies for a Saturday afternoon lunch. With that many babies at one table quiet is never an option. The staff were all really helpful and understanding. The food was top class and everyone had a great afternoon.

We went as a party of four for dinner and thoroughly enjoyable it was. First of all we were greeted by an extremely welcoming waitress who was very attentive throughout the meal. Our drinks order came very quickly and the food followed closely. Their food is pretty reasonably priced. Maybe a minor point would be could have done with a...

First time visit . First impression is traffic & parking. One narrow entrance with very little passing room. Car park full so trying to reverse out into traffic. 15 minutes navigating to eventually get a space. We had a reservation. Restaurant very busy seemed to be short staffed. One & 3/4 hours to get drinks starter & main course of...

Lovely quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Good to get freshly cooked breakfast made to order rather than the buffet variety. Staff friendly and helpful. Car parking limited and it is a popular place for people to come and dine, so very busy when I arrived. I just parked on the street outside and moved my car in the evening when...

Ate in the bar area with friends. Service was good and very swift. The Mac and Cheese I had was disappointing; sauce was too thin with insufficient cheese and it was not well seasoned. My co dinners all enjoyed their meals, so hence the 4 out of 5 review. Next time I'll avoid the Mac and Cheese, which was very...

What a lovely restaurant! Stopped for Sunday lunch on our way home from Peterhead so we could meet my daughter. Wide menu, lovely conservatory setting, it was a real treat. Food was lovely and the service was good and friendly. We will be back.
