We stayed in the family room so had a choice of double or single beds. Lovely and bright, clean room. Very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Well situated and, although on a main road, we didn't hear traffic noise in our room. Surprisingly eaceful and close to Duthie Park for a lovely walk.

This guesthouse was the perfect location for visiting Robert Gordon and only a short taxi trip from union square. The host was most welcoming and so lovely. Room was a decent size. There is also a dining room should you wish to get take away until 9pm. I happened to mention my brothers birthday was the following day and when...

Great stay Monday to Wednesday. Aberdeen was lovely. The guesthouse had excellent accommodation. Very friendly. Nothing was any bother. Breakfast first class. Would have no hesitation staying there again. Thx, Evan (and Hannah)

I stayed at Armadale whilst attending a block week at Robert Gordon's university. Freda was exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. I felt that nothing was any bother to her and Freda was attentive and intuitive. This is my second stay here for a block of 5 nights and I would not hesitate to return if I need to return to Aberdeen....

This was my second stay here, while doing a training course. A bit out the way if you're after the city centre, but fine if you don't mind a little commute. Breakfast is spot on, and for evening eats there's a good little takeaway just up the road, a couple of pubs nearby, and a supermarket within a 10 minutes...

I stayed here while working at RGU which is just up the road. The landlady Freda is a great host, always helpful and makes a great breakfast. Th B&B is located on Holburn Street which is the main bus line for service 1/2 up to RGU and into the City Centre, there is also a nearby pub, shopping and take...

The owners are very amiable and kind. The affordable price per night about GBP 30, homy and atmosphere, very warm rooms. It is located near Robert Gordon University on Holburn Street and just in front of the bus stop. It takes 5 min to get to the city center.

Stopped last Sunday night before going off-shore next day. Absolutely brilliant place . I will definitely makeit my regular accommodation before going off-shore. Had a lovely sleep and the breakfast was brilliant too. Landlady couldn't have been more pleasant if she tried. Convenient for local ammenities . Room was beautiful. Ensuite for £ 45 was excellent value. Compared with Menzies...

Under newish management. Bright new tartan carpet in common areas. Rooms are functional rather than charming - as many as 4 beds to room. Good bathroom with good shower (but no complimentary toiletries). Nice host, married to a policeman so I imagine the car park is very safe! It's on a busy road but the noise was not a problem...
