I had booked the bar between 6-7 for a special wee dinner. It didn't disappoint. Lovely food u hardly had to chew, which is good... More

We discovered this excellent hotel through a special offer. We thoroughly appreciated the professionalism of the staff in a warm and homely atmosphere. The room was significantly larger than we had expected; very spacious. The fridge was a bonus as was the fresh milk supplied for the tea/coffee. Parking is great, despite the location being in the city. Being on... More

Awesome all you can eat buffet on Sundays with typical Scottish delicacies. Good friendly staff in a typical British setting. I can highly recommend this place. Especially if you're really hungry. I don't know how their rooms are, but it seems like a nice enough place.

The hotel has everything you need. A bar, restaurant, and a ship wheel in reception. The staff is helpful and the hotel does what its suppose to do. The food is above normal and the bar is very cozy. Will return for sure.

We booked in here for one night B & B with a two course dinner on a voucher deal. We had a nice large room a bit dated but comfortable and spotless. Our Evening meal was fine for what we paid. At breakfast it was nice to see options from a fry up so my wife had a filled omelette... More

This restaurant is marketed as a seafood speciality. We turned up for our booking, had are jackets taken from us by a waitress. A specials board was placed on a chair for our delight. I decided to go for oysters for starters followed by the seafood platter. Whilst we waited patiently to be served the specials board was quickly snatch... More

Booked bed and breakfast deal for four nights while visiting family in area. Good car parking - essential when so many streets are for residents only. Room a good size, clean, warm and comfortable but decoration would benefit from an update. Bathroom and shower good size & spotless. Had one evening meal with family on arrival but this was best...
