Arrived after a long day to be told we hadn't paid for our room. after 20 minutes of continuous arguing it was found yes we had already paid. the room was ok, needs a bit of a renovation, shower only drips out. food was absolutely awful on the set menu, really watery soup, and fatty roast beef. just disgusting. music... We had a great time in Omagh and loved the Silverbirch, if not the long, cold walk to and from town every day! (We had hoped for slightly better weather in June.) The staff were friendly and helpful, the meals very good quality and excellent value and served by professionals. Highly recommended.

I visited the Silver Birch this week whilst visiting family in the area. I stayed for 4 nights and found that the reception staff were lovely and the room was ok and very clean which was nice, although the wifi was appalling. That said, it was complimentary and did work on occasion so I shan't judge the room harshly on... More

Just a pity it started very early the next morning The food is still over priced but i ate there with colleagues and it was ok, nothing... More

Lovely staff, excellent food and reasonable prices. First time in this hotel and I will definitely return again. Large restaurant which would accommodate large business meetings. Not too fat from city dentre.
