Stayed here on business for a couple of nights. The hotel it's self is right on the waterfront across from peace bridge. The setting fantastic for a city break. There is a car park on site although with not enough spaces to room ratio. Rooms are very nice n clean, the facilities good, the food excellent and the staff very...

Dear kevin s Thank you for your review, we are delighted you enjoyed you stay with us, unfortunately the footprint of the hotel doesn't allow for a larger car park but we do have two car parks adjacent to the hotel at very keen negotiated rates for our residents, cheaper than any other city centre parking. We hope you may...

I was there for two nights and that was enough. The staff is friendly, the rooms average size but the food was bland for breakfast and dinner. There aren't enough choices for either meal as well. It's a good location for walking to the downtown area. It's nothing to rave about.

If you like jazz, this was the place to be during the festival, as the hotel hosted bands through the afternoon and evening. Great music, but OH so loud and crowded! And I hear that the festival is getting bigger all the time. I don't know how the hotel could ever host 'bigger', as there was a line waiting outside...

Stayed here 2 weeks ago with a CIE tour and found the hotel very comfortable, clean and modern. The room had a the usual fittings and the decor was nice. The bathroom was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I was lucky enough to have a view of the Peace Bridge which is lovely when lit up...

My husband and I stayed at City Hotel in Derry on Saturday April 25. The hotel is well situated with the Peace Bridge nearby. The receptionist who checked us in was very nice but there was no parking available in the hotel lot, this required us to pay for parking at a nearby parking garage. There was also no one...

Just back from my first stay in the City Hotel and had a great time. Rooms clean with plenty of room. Staff very helpful. It was a very busy weekend with the Jazz Festival and the hotel was packed. This did not affect the quality of the food or service. Evening meal was delicious and breakfast the next morning was...

This is the 6th time I have stayed in this hotel. Very central to town and always a great atmosphere! Breakfast are very good but I feel the menu for evening meals could be changed more often!! Staff friendly and helpful. Music playing both Friday & Saturday evenings which means you don't have to leave the hotel.

Lovely hotel in city centre, very close to all amenities and just beside the Peace bridge and the Guildhall. My room (412) was great, I booked single but was allocated a deluxe double. Great size with the following in the room as standard: hairdryer, iron/ironing board, trouser press, well stocked tea/coffee/biscuits tray, fan, luggage stand, plenty of towels, toiletries. Spent a coup-le of night here recently having been at the Hilton Belfast the previous two nights . Big contrast ! the staff at his hotel left Hilton for dead in terms of their helpfulness , manners and general demeanour . The rooms are super large and the hotel is well located in the city . Recommended for families
