My mother and I stayed only one night, but it was a perfect night's stay. The room and en suite bathroom were nicely furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location was good as we made our way through Northern Ireland. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast. Niki is an excellent cook and we were delighted with the house... More

Excellent rooms, wonderful setting and the best homemade bread we've ever enjoyed. Close to a nice village and other natural sites. Couldn't be a better place to enjoy all that Ireland has to offer. We'll be back!

Everything is just perfect at the Whins. The place is really quiet and very close to all remarkable sites (giant causeway, dunluce castle, dark edges, etc). It's the only B&B with breakfast a la carte! No matter what you choose, everything is delicious. Our room was very beautiful and comfortable. And Niki makes you feel at home.

Like other reviewers we found this B&B to be of the highest standard. The room, the breakfast, the location, the hospitality ..... all first class. If we return to the Ballycastle area then we would have not the slightest hesitation in staying at The Whins.

Our room had a four poster bed, large rug on the floor, old-style furniture, dolly-type items under the lamps on each side of the bed, and it therefore felt very cozy!! Besides the bedside lamps, there were small reading lights over both sides of the bed, which most places do not have and it makes it hard to read. Very... More
