No complaints whatsoever. Staff friendly, room small but compact and comfortable. Bed excellent, soft and cosy with sparkling white bed linen and fluffy white towels, great location, great bar next door. On check in they must have noted our age (60) and made sure we had a quiet room. Honestly never heard a thing. One of the quietest places I have stayed. At the end of the day we had come to see Belfast and all we wanted was a nice bed and shower and we got that.

We stayed here for one night and it's fair to say the Etap takes budget to its literal extreme. First the location is fine, a short walk to Belfast city centre. Check in was straight forward with friendly staff but the public areas were a taste of what was to come, more akin to a youth club! The room itself was proportionately ok but kept the youth club theme. Accepting it had air-con and flat screen tv, the whole set up was amateurish, power points on the opposite wall to the bed, the bare minimum of storage and the most ridiculous of en-suite set up. Forget it if you're sharing your room and are worried about your modesty, the toilet has the flimiest of doors and the separate shower has a see through door which in my case jammed! Really poorly designed. We stayed on a b & b basis, the breakfast was fairly standard continental. My impression of this hotel is that they actually designed it in to look budget, wanting to make it different (and not to compete) with the other Accor hotels, the end result creating a pretty rubbish hotel. Personally if this Hotel was the only option, I wouldn't travel to Belfast, it will taint any experience! As for the managers previous responses, they don't have shower gels etc! Avoid!

Hello Dun123, We are sorry you were unhappy with the super-budget experience. Small and simple rooms are how we can provide guest accommodation at a good price for a great location. Upon request we can porvide shampoo, body lotion, Iron, pillow, towell, hairdryer. I was very disappointed to hear that, the shower gels wasn't provided for you upon request. If you wish to discuss your comment furter, please email me on: h7186-am@accor.com We hope to welcome you back soon. Kind regards, Tamas Balogh Assistant General Manager

Came to spend a night in Belfast. Overall quite clean and well maintained interior. Very friendly staff. Good centralized location as there were many restaurants and pubs nearby. They do have breakfast available at a very cheaply priced and beverages both alcoholic and non alcoholic are sold there.

This hotel is very central to Belfast city centre and within walking distance to a lot of excellent bars and restaurants as well as going site seeing. It is very clean with friendly staff. Breakfast is available but we didn't avail we went next door and got a great breakfast for 5.00 pound which was great value. It can noisy at night with bar next door but that stopped at 1am, the photos on site don't do justice to room size. We booked a room for 3 with double bed and bunk bed while they where comfortable there is not a lot of spare room left in the room which makes it very tight. Shower and toilet are very small but adequate. Done the job for us this time but wouldn't be staying again,
