Hotel's Favorite
Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean enough, air conditioning was very good. However, there was no on street parking and there were very revealing shower rooms. Lastly, the cost of the stay for the night was very cheap and the value was exceptional.

I'll firstly say, it's not the Ritz Carlton, it's a budget hotel. HOWEVER, I have paid much more for much worse, and the location is absolutely prefect for first time or seasoned travelers to Belfast LOCATION: 5/5 Exiting onto Hope Street from the Europa Bus Centre, you are literally a minute or 2 from the hotel in a straight line, you make one right turn onto Dublin Road and that's it there in front of you. Check in was quick enough and friendly staff were always on hand. Anyone who has complained about the staff are up themselves Within the 5 minute walk it takes to get to the City Hall and Bus Stops after turning left out of the hotel, you have; - Sit In/Take Away Pizza - Lava House (Coffee/Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch) - Weatherspoon - Chickn Lickn (Halal certified Chicken Restaurant) - Pug Ugly's (Bar) - Pizza Express - Nandos - A further abundance of nice Cafe's (such as Nero and Valarie Patiserie) Also directly to the right of the hotel is a bar/pub and 100 yards down the road on the opposite side is a Tesco ROOMS: 3.5/5 As mentioned, it's not the Ritz, but for £140 for 4 nights, I couldn't really complain. It had a shower, a toilet, a Double Bed, which is all you really need it for. The cleaners do come around everyday and sort it out, so I can't complain. What I will say is, being that the hotel is on Dublin Road which is quite busy, even 5 stories up it can be a little noisy. The walls are also a bit thin as well, and there can be a bit of noise coming from the hallways at night when people are coming in or going out, but they were particularly noisy drunk people. For the rest of the time it was actually fine and I had no issues. I did unfortunately have to go down to the desk at 01:30 at one point to ask reception to talk to next door about being loud at that time, but it was dealt with quickly and I had no issues after that. As for the storage, there were 4 coat hangers in the corner which was fine for me for the duration I was there for. ORIENTATION: Friends / Business / Groups The rooms only accommodate 2 or 3 people. Given how close it is to eateries and night life, it is definitely more suited towards those looking for a weekend away. I don't know the policies for the hotel accepting Stag/Hen/Same Sex groups but it would certainly be ideal for that if they did. This would also be idea for those needing to do short term business trips over there as well Generally, I don't spend much time if any at all in Belfast itself as I go to see friends in Lisburn and Hillsborough. However I have been to the City and few times before this as well as other popular spots such as the Folk and Transport Museum, Titanic, Ulster Museum and The Giant's Causeway Tour. The fact that you are 2 minutes from the train station makes it ideal for those wanting to explore as well. I also managed to walk to the the Beacon of Hope by the River Lagan in only 10 minutes, so if you're early risers and fancy walking to the likes of the Titanic Museum and the H&W Cranes, that would also definitely be possible Overall, I would come back to this hotel again and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a budget friendly but prime location hotel in Belfast

Stayed here a month ago for two nights and got absolutely no sleep either night. We were put on the 6th floor on the side of the corridor which was supposed to be the quiet side. Now I booked this hotel knowing that it was right in the city centre so I was prepared for fact that there would be outside noise. However on check in to our room the noise coming from the room opposite was awful. Loud rave music played all night with people running in and out of the room all night and I mean ALL NIGHT. The next morning we asked if the same people were staying a second night and we were told yes. When we explained what had happened all night the man behind the counter just shrugged his shoulders. We asked to be moved for the second night and we were moved to the third floor but exactly the same thing happened this time a few doors down and it turns out there was groups of young people running up and down between the 6th and 3rd floors. When we brought it to the attention of staff the following morning we were shocked that a member of staff would start by telling us...." well you have to understand we get all types of people here". I am fully aware that this is a budget hotel , however whether you pay £20 or £120 the one thing you pay for is a bed to sleep in. We however did not sleep for 2 whole nights and our weekend was ruined. I have put in a complaint with Resolver and a request for a refund three weeks ago and I am still waiting for a response. The service is TERRIBLE

So let's be clear, this is a budget hotel. We had a three person room, double bed with a bunk over the top. The shower is literally in the room with the sink and a toilet near the front of the room, it is basic but it does the job. You do get what you pay for but it ain't that bad. The location is in the heart of the city with lots of places surrounding the hotel. The staff were very accommodating, we had a few requests and nothing was ever too much. If you want a good value break in a good city with a decent budget hotel, this is worth a shot.
