I was dissapointed to arrive at the hotel at 12noon and be told check in wasn't avaible until 2pm, even though I had checked in online and was told the key would be ready. It was very noisy that evening with no mention on the wbsite that the hotel is next to a loud bar/nightclub. The following day we vacated...

We checked in to the etap on a Friday afternoon, although we were early the lady at reception checked to see if there were any free rooms so we can check in there and then, there was and we were promptly given our card and info about the hotel. The room itself was very nice. Small but nice. The toilet...

Really enjoyed our stay at the Etap hotel belfast... Amazingly central, clean functional - had everything we needed for our stay and my son really enjoyed the raised bed in the cocoon room... so much so that he wants one now.... Can anyone tell me if these can be bought commercially...

I was visiting this hotel with 16 other people for a stag do. So really the main aim was a place to put your head down, and certainly did that. The room consisted of a double bed and a bunk bed, there was a few hangers to put clothes on, but mostly my clothes stayed in my case. Toilet was...

Very basic but served it's purpose. Reception manned 24hrs. Situated in a good place to access sights. Next to a brilliant quirky pub. On the route of the tour bus and tickets can be purchased here . Not far from the main bus station if walking but not sure if parking is available .

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few days away, the price is reasonable but the noise from next door was horrendous. Being on the 6th floor you wouldn't expect to hear much - yet we heard everything that went on in the club, considering we had to be up at 6 the next morning we weren't happy with...

Close to Dublin to Belfast bus stop and very quick check in. If signed up with Accor, which also gives better rate. Very clean rooms that give economy without the frills. Continental breakfast well presented and for contnetial ample. Enough to get you to lunch with good light breakfast.

Very well located hotel with excellent staff. Clean rooms provided thought might feel a bit difficult to sleep on a weekend night with the music blaring from the club right next to the hotel. Cleanliness very good overall
