To be honest the first impression wasn't good. One lady in reception was very polite (tall girl), but the one in charge was very intense and not approachable and not flexible & helpful. Maybe she was under pressure. I enjoyed the food, good salmon and salads. Very good service in food area made me feel comfortable in there. I didn't... More

- No air con - No fan (until 3rd request) - No bin - Knocked about room (look at the sink in 125) - Dirty carpets - No electricity for several hours - No apology - No explanation - Nobody to pay when we finished our meal because everyone was busy rearranging breakfast for next day (first meal in 10... The Maldron is located within a very short distance of the Belfast International Terminal and can be walked to in a few minutes. Its location is the best point, otherwise I would stay somewhere else. Food was average to good, and service was warm and generally attentive (despite Euro 2016). I could not figure why bar snacks stopped at an... More

The hotel is welcoming with very friendly and professional staff. I felt very welcome. The meal was around £23 for 3 courses and the bar was cosy. But by far the best thing was the access to routes across Northern Ireland. The one negative side was that I could not locate any kind of gym. But, that was not the... More

We had a comfortable room with everything we needed for a nights stay. There was a limited bar menu that worked fine for a light dinner. Our room was very quiet. and it was a 5 min. walk to the airport door.

We arrived at hotel around midnight...noise from flights arriving and departing till around 1.30am...windows need to be replaced. Our room was beside the lift and it was constantly going all night. The parking is limited and as we were parking for a week I wanted to park in a parking spot rather than on the foothpath,,,,the receptionist kindly moved her car... Handy for the airport. Rooms are a bit tired and dated but the bed is comfy enough. Brekkie is fine and the bar acceptable. Only serves Pepsi not coke :( As you look at it , rooms on the left seem noisier. Been a couple of times, would go back if need to be at airport

Had to have a cleaner come and clean office chair as it was full of human skin. Absolutely filthy. Very tired room for the £110 paid for one night. Friendly reception 10 out of 10. On 3rd floor and widow opened all the way. Very dangerous for young children. Would not stay here again.

I picked this hotel for a quick lunch before saying goodbye to my mum who was visiting from Glasgow. The place was pretty empty I think we were the only 5 people there ordering a snack. The food came and it was fine, but I must say the service was just not there. I had to go and ask the... More

£89 for a tatty room, with mismatched furniture, a lamp that did not work, two broken cupboard doors and a ragged curtain pelmet. On the plus side the receptionist was welcoming and helpful, the room big enough and no noise from the airport. But the reality of the room was shoddy. Won't be going back unless I really have to.
