We recently booked an overnight stay and the reservation included 3 course evening meal and breakfast. Great value for money and the rooms are certainly warn, clean and well serviced with tea, coffee and toiletries. We stay here regularly and find it excellent value for money and the staff are fantastic.

Hotel was ok for a weekend trip. Rooms and corridors were gloomy and I needed a torch to see inside wardrobe. Breakfast was limited due to covid. Staff pleasant though. Location ok with car park over the road.

As always staff very professional and friendly and welcomed me as a friend not a guest. The corona measures were excellent with prebooked times for breakfast etc. The staff were constantly cleaning surfaces and wearing face masks at all times, social distance was adhered to with seating and table spacing. Hand disinfectant was located at numerous locations throughout the hotel, from the entrance to the dining area to the entrance to the lifts. All the staff were professional, as usual, it was great to see that corona measures were in place and that the hotel staff ensured they were adhered to. Any requests that İ did have were carried out promptly and efficiently. İ always use this hotel when İ visit this city and will continue to do so due to the professional and friendly staff, rooms, ambiance and the location of the hotel. The wheelchair accessible rooms are great for wheelchair users, the bathroom is in a "wetroom" style and there is a fold down shower seat that can be adjusted in height for easy transfers. There is a choice of shower head, a massive one at ceiling height and one on an adjustable riser. The shower is extremely powerful and there is always hot water, great to warm you up after a day in cold Belfast. The staff as usual were excellent, very polite, helpful and friendly. My only choice of hotel when İ visit Belfast due to the staff, location and quality of breakfast.

I arrived late at night and was greeted by a lovely young lady called Chloe. She had the same surname as me. It was my birthday weekend and I asked if I could toast my birthday in with a glass of prosecco. She let me know they only do small bottles. I said, "no problem I will take bags up to my room and come back down." I came back down and Chloe told me there were no more small bottles of prosecco. I was gutted, however, she showed me to Scott who sorted me out and amazing gin and tonic. He was excellent and they both gave me it in the house for being my birthday. Amazing service and so welcoming. All the staff were excellent here including Sanita and inga the breakfast staff. They were all so helpful and lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Chloe in particular went far and beyond to help me if I needed anything and she was brilliant. They should give her a raise!!! I would 100% stay here again.

This is a fairly standard Holiday Inn establishment. The bed was really comfortable and the room quite large. The downside was that the doors slammed shut really loudly. Whilst I appreciate this from a security point of view, starting at 6.30a9òm when you're on holiday is really annoying. The hotel is probably a 15 minute walk from a number of key sites (not that there are many in Belfast). There is no on site parking but the flat rate at the multi storey car park across the road helps. The hotel is trying hard with Covid compliance but a real downside was the chef not wearing a mask when all the other restaurant staff were. Consequently we only had breakfast in the restaurant once and that is what dragged my rating down.

Hi Martin H, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review about your recent stay with us here at Holiday Inn Belfast City Centre. I am pleased to hear that you had a comfortable stay with us and that you found our rooms to be comfy and spacious. However, I am very sorry to hear that you were disturbed in the early morning due to doors being slammed closed. All of the doors in the corridors are fire doors and have soft close hinges installed so it may have been other guests leaving their rooms that you heard. I do apologise for the disturbance, I understand how frustrating this must have been, especially as you were here on your holidays. Please also accept my sincerest apologies that the chef serving the buffet that morning was not wearing a mask. I can assure you that this will be fully investigated and all members of staff will be reminded that it is hotel policy for all staff to wear either a mask or a visor. We take the safety of both our guests and our team very seriously, I hope that this is evident from all of the new safety procedures we have put in place throughout the hotel. I do hope that you will stay with us again on your next visit to Belfast so that we can provide you with a perfect stay from start to finish. Hopefully then it will be under much more normal circumstances! Until then, take care and stay safe. Kind Regards, Nicolle Loughran Guest Relations Manager
