Really comfortable, modern and efficient hotel. The room was really large and well appointed. When I showed up I had accidentally booked 1 less night than I needed during a very busy weekend; the staff worked really hard to make sure that I got the extra night. They were amazingly helpful the whole time. Breakfast was part of my package... More

He recommended a dish that was superb. He gave such a warm welcome and excellent service . He made our restaurant... More

Rooms are in need of refurbishment. Fridge in room was very smelly. We booked a triple room but this was a double bed and a sofa bed, the sofa bed wasn't made up when we arrived so we were told they would send someone up. It was 3.30am when it was finally made up. The breakfast was terrible. It's a... More

This city centre hotel is located only a few minutes walk from City Hall and the Christmas markets. On arrival to my room, I was happy that it was clean and had everything I needed, even a fridge. The wooden shuttering on the windows was a bonus as I don't like the light streaming in first thing in the morning.... More

Arrived exhausted after a long day of flights. Reception staff were not friendly nor were they responsive to the fact that I had no heat in my first two room. In sharp contrast the restaurant and bar staff were excellent. Attended the HITT workout class at 7a.m. on Thursday. The studio was frigid and many of the mats were filthy.... More
