On Sunday evening, the 4th October, my Wife and Daughter and I had dinner in your restaurant. We were most delighted and pleased to be treated to excellent service from the Food and Beverage Supervisor:- Aidan Little. He really made it a great evening for us, with his experienced knowledge of the menu, and with his most helpful, accommodating, and bright manner. We very much consider him to be an excellent ambassador for, and a valuable attribute - to your hotel. Seymour Mansell.

We stayed from Thursday 8th to Sunday 11th and had a fantastic time. Location of hotel could not have been better. Plenty restaurant within walking distance. We packed plenty into our weekend and still managed to chill out in the pool. Staff where amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a weekend trip and we will definitely be back

Hotel is located 5 mins walk to city centre shops. We made use of a super deal and though lots of eating places nearby decided to eat in after reading reviews. Checking in early we were delighted to know our room was ready. All around it was obvious measures were in place to keep us safe, with masks, screens and sanitisers. All staff were pleasant and helpful, says a lot for them and the manager that they take pride in their work. The meal at night was warm, plentiful and not expensive. Again breakfast was freshly made and there was good variety. rooms had tea/coffee facilities, iron and were clean. Little noise was heard at night.

We were very friendly greeted by a young man on the 9th around 2pm. During the night we were served by 4 amazing stuff. I don’t recall all the names but specially Mark and Adrian made it better. I do know due to covid19 and restrictions hotel couldn’t have full staff (it makes no sense to have it, after all hotel depends on occupancy) but the service was not down! Was a 5atar hotel service for sure! Food was absolutely delicious, the starter chicken in a chilly sweet sauce brilliant. Chicken with bacon was amazing too. Well done!
