We have stayed twice at 'this B&B and the hosts are utterly lovely. They are happy to make dinner reservations, book taxis and give advice of what to do. The breakfast is truly awesome with about 15 different options on the menu - I loved the scrambled eggs with salmon and my husband enjoyed porridge with honey and Irish whiskey....

A friendly welcome, pleasant rooms, excellent service and a top-class breakfast. Direct bus to city center, 10-15 minutes walk to the Lisburn Road shops. Also a good base for walks along the Lagan river!

This B&B was equipped with more then we anticipated. Not only were all the staff extremely kind, welcoming and friendly - they answered all our questions and even arranged us rides. The breakfast is very well prepared and in a lovely room. The rooms are done nicely and each room has their own private bath. I would highly recommend this...

Stayed at the Old Rectory whilst visiting our daughter at Queens - really handy for the university and the city. For quality of accommodation and food you won't find better in Belfast - guaranteed! - will come again whenever we visit Belfast.

We just never felt completely at ease. The "house rules" were something not encountered in any of the 17 other b&B's on this extensive trip.....Leave your room key as you go out. Tell us precisely what you want for breakfast tomorrow, and at what time....etc. These were some of the things which were a bit annoying. The price also seemed...

Dear Tripadvisor user, I'm terribly sorry that you didn't feel at ease here, as we endeavour to make all our guests feel at home. We do ask guests to choose their breakfast the night before, only because we have such an extensive breakfast menu, with 16 options and we aim to freshly prepare everything and keep waste to a minimum....

Phenomenal family run bed and breakfast. The location is perfect, located on Malone road, you are only a 20 minute walk from town. A beautiful walk at that. The hosts create a warm and welcoming environment from their helpful suggestions on where to visit, excellent breakfast (salmon melts in your mouth, and the jams are a nice touch). We loved...

We stayed here based on its proximity to the city centre, the reviews, and how yummy the breakfast sounded. It did not disappoint! Mary and Gerry were very helpful and suggested restaurants, activities and scenic driving directions. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed comfy. Breakfast was phenomenal. You pick what you'd like the night before and in the...
