The staff were very friendly. We organised a formal dinner event and the events organiser, Lyndsey, could not have been more helpful. They were able to accommodate members of the party who has various dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, nut allergy and lactose intolerant. Also one member of our group is confined to a wheelchair which was not a...

Arrived to this hotel late in the evening and departed early, but was very impressed by this hotel. Friendly and clean, and a great breakfast. Handy location and good value. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Staff friendly and hotel foyer is welcoming. The bedroom was OK, but a bit dated and generally the bedrooms hallway could do with a face lift. The restaurant / bar area is quite bland with little character. The hotel is located in a student area so depending where you sleep there could be noise into...

Just returned from an overnight in this hotel and I would have to say it impressed me greatly. The Service was excellent with all the staff being very helpful but especially Hannah and Peter, this pair made our stay a particularly pleasant experience. We were a large group with plenty of requests and nothing phased them. They definitely went the...

The room was dated, and in poor condition - with amenities in awkward positions for example the TV near the ceiling and the hairdryer near the floor. I was in a room at the front of the hotel facing the road, which was very noisy throughout the night with traffic and emergency services response vehicles and especially on a Wednesday...

We came with friend to stay and celebrate New Year's Eve. The staff were very helpful and hard working. Our only disappointment was the bedroom, which was small and somewhat outdated. The room however was clean . Our 3 course meal was excellent and washed down with an inclusive glass of bubbly. The evening was rounded off with entertainment and dancing...
