Fabulous lobby and reception. Friendly and helpful staff. Most relaxing hotel in Belfast. Clean and very comfortable bedrooms. Top class and reasonably priced accommodation. Central and within walking distance to Lisburn road shops and town centre and lots of good restaurants nearby.

Spent a few days here conducting interviews. The hotel is spotless, the staff are friendly, knowledgable and courteous. The rooms are well kept, the beds are comfortable and it is quiet at night Not directly in city centre, but close enough The food in the hotel is good, but there are numerous bars & restaurants in botanic and Lisburn road

This isn't a bad place to stay. It's a convenient location just south of Belfast in the Queens quarter. It's a 15min walk to the centre. Average rooms with the usual facilities. The lobby has plenty of comfortable seating and a reasonably priced bar. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We noticed several locals arriving Sunday booking... More

Only stayed for two nights but got the general feel, staff very friendly and helpful, my room was clean albeit tired but importantly the bed was comfortable, menu choice pretty good and accommodates most tastes. Within minutes of the centre it makes a good Base for getting around the area great pubs with live music.

Nice lobby and bar area which has lots of natural light. Decent sized rooms which were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Well situated for Queens university and the Malone Road areas. Meets its star rating.

Wr stayed one night in one week trip. If I would have had more trouble for everyone. The only good thing was the quality of the bed linen are comfortable and clean. We take the evening meal at the hotel we thought. But we didn't get up just seeing the dining room and food.

I stayed here as part of a business trip. The hotel was excellently placed within walking distance of the city centre. The staff were all very friendly and engaging which was great being away from home. The room was large and comfortable, it was especially good to have a window that opened wide as I enjoy having a cool room!

For business it seems a bit shy, but giving the good location and comfortable bed, it would be worth to use for leisure trips. The parking facility is very useful as well, it gives the option to walk down to the local areas, which are normally busy for parking.

Does what it says on the tin. Clean well equipped rooms although alittle tired decor and very helpful staff. I wasn't impressed with the work men digging up the road at 6am outside my window on my first night stay. Better the second night. Would use again for business trips not leisure. Restaurant didn't have an extensive menu but was... More

Dear Janette G, We appreciate your time to complete a review post-stay; and we apologise for the council completing street work that disturbed your rest. It was quite unscheduled, but necessary. We do hope to welcome you back to the hotel once again soon for a peaceful break- for business or leisure. Kind regards, Malachy Toner General Manager More

Good friendly staff and nice food nothing fancy but nice enough. Rooms clean and tidy. Ulster museum and botanic gardens just a short walk away and was very nice on this good sunny day. Museum is free of charge they recommend a £3 donation which seems reasonable.
