Not bad for the price but think there must be better. Decent rooms rather like a premier Inn. Breakfast served in smelly 'morning after' feeling bar. Rooms on the front are noisy as hotel is located on busy street with late night bars

Was at a friends hen do great nite, lovely meal, nice rooms, staff were very helpful and friendly only 1 disappointment the breakfast was awful I was really looking forward to a big fry up as a hangover cure but if was dried up, overcooked and tasteless. The coffee was weak and the tea was like hot water. And it... More

Stayed here on business last night. The reception staff were extremely friendly. The room was quite ordinary, the tv didn't work and nor did the bedside lamp. My room looked onto the main road (Botanic Avenue) which was heaving at the time I checked in. I can never understand hotels not having net curtains in these circumstances - you either... More

Having just come back from a night away in Madisons or my sister's hen do, I would highly recommend this place. The rooms are lovely and clean, the beds are very comfy. The food is lovely and very well priced, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Dave, Kevin and Amanda on the front desk. Will definately be... More

We had a gorgeous, clean and comfortable room, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Perfect location close to everything (right next to boojum!). At weekends there is loud music from the bar below but it didn't really affect us as we were out late anyway.

Only downfall was breakfast.we waited 30 minutes and still no breakfast.we left without getting any.poor effort. I would return again.good location. Convenient to the city and train.

Great location, the hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the City Centre and there are plenty of choices for eating out. We only had breakfast in the hotel, which was good, plenty of choice if a little slow in serving. We were a little worried about some of the reviews on TA that said it was noisy at night... More

My wife and I stayed the first May bank holiday and we usually dine and go for drinks on Botanic Avenue after some shopping around Belfast. The location of this hotel is excellent and a stones throw from all the local amenities. The hotel staff were all very friendly and the rooms were clean and well kitted out. Could not... More

I have been to Madison's on several occasions with different people and I always have a great night! My university sports teams formal meal was held there on Wednesday and it was a really lovely night. The food came at regular intervals and was very nice, with a good range of choice on the menu. I enjoyed the cocktails at... More

This is our second stay at this hotel. The reason for our return was the very friendly warm welcoming staff especially david who went out of his way to help you even though he forgot to give us extra pillows but we let him off lol. This hotel maybe isn't the fanciest about but the price is excellent for an... More
