This hotel has comfortable rooms and nice bathrooms, and breakfast was both buffet and hot and it was great - but the very loud, noisy kitchen fans below all the back row of rooms go until about 1 am and start up early again in the morning. This did not make for a good night's sleep :( We were moved... More

Room very spacious and clean, could do with an revamp. The shower curtain at the bottom was not clean. (The receptionist informed us that hotel was do a make over in January) TV, tea/coffee making facilities, towels available. Bed was very comfy. The hotel is near eateries, grocery stores and the train station. About 15/20 minutes walk into the centre.... More

We have stayed here several times before and decided to spend our first wedding anniversary. Hotel is well priced and food is good, staff are lovely and the £3 cocktails are hard to beat. Hotel is well situated and not far from city center. definitely will be back

I stayed with my husband last night (17/09/16) when we arrived reception staff where very friendly and informative, we where checked in quickly with no issues. The problems began in the room. Room 303 pray you don't get this room if you do stay.... on first glance seemed ok not boutique by any means very basic but I thought ok... More

Fantastic place to stay for a hen party, the staff were so friendly, food was good and rooms were comfy. The cocktail making class was good fun, we had a ball. The night club downstairs was great craic, a brilliant night had by all. Will definitely be back and the breakfast was very tasty indeed, highly recommended for hen parties.

Hotel was nothing special, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good - cereal, toast, hot food, juice etc. Bedroom was spacious and clean (we opted for the superior room) mattress was 2 singles pushed together, bit springy in places, only came with 3 pillows. Bathroom good, amazing shower! Location fantastic, plenty of restaurants and little eating places, about a... More

IN a great location in Botanic Avenue and within walking distance of the city centre and the train station is nearby. The rooms were average and breakfast was the fried ulster breakfast traditional fare, tasty but bad for the heart. Our room was comfortable but there was a huge damp patch above the window. The room was overlooking Botanic Avenue... More

Walking past and noticed happy hour cocktails 5-9pm sun to fri, so why not , £3.00 each, quick service at the bay, found a table, good choice of happy hour cocktails, they tasted good, although a lot of ice in them. Lots of TV screens in the bar for sport, not a lot of lighting but did not mind that.... More

We a room at the front. While it was a novelty during daylight to observe the bustle of the street it was not so appealing during the Saturday night with revellers in the nearby chippie. Perhaps a room at the rear is best. Otherwise nice ambience but getting a bit tatty. Good value for money.

At first glance from the outside impressive and entering the bar/ restaurant a vibrant atmosphere. En route to the room a musky type smell! The same smell in the bedroom. The bedroom itself was a good size although had had two singles pushed together with the centre part prominent. The bathroom also a good size but the cleanliness found wanting.Black... More
