Nice hotel with very good family rooms. Very friendly staff. Dinner was a bit disappointing and bland. Not a great breakfast selection. Overall it is a good location and family friendly. Would consider again if in Belfast.

We stayed for one night and to be honest we were lucky we didn't stay for another. The two female receptionists were nice bit it all went downhill from there. The room was clean but facilities were poor; tv remote didn't work, shower only trickled out some water, very noisy in the morning with works in the carpark, and there... More

Went there tonight with my a friend. The place was empty with only a few customers. I ordered a starter of smoked salmon, prawns avocado and lettuce for 6 pounds. Sorry but not good value for money, a spoonful of prawns and four very small rolled bits of salmon, a few very small cubes of avocado and half a baby... More

I would class myself a regular at the Balmoral hotel Lady ann Grill although due to other commitments we have not been there for a few months. Myself and my wife called in this evening for a meal. The cod and chips in the past was to die for but no longer. Described as Portavogie battered cod. Well it was more... More

The rooms are of nice decor and spec though the staff let the hotel standards down! The night staff including door men are rude and extremely unhelpful when required! Wouldn't stay here again and unfortunately wouldn't recommend to others seeking a hotel in belfast.

Despite not many in for food they forgot our order.... then obviously rushed it through,,,, Lasagne and Chips....or better described as not fit for human consumpation. Sent chips back as they were raw,,,, only to get another bowl of chips,,,raw !,,, Lasagne had been heated too much and spread across the plate... More

Never again, took my friend for her birthday treat, worst decision. Staff member didn't crack a smile. Friend ordered a started which was a chicken salad with sun dried tomatoes. The sour faced waitress, the same one who seated us, practically flung the food on the table, not a good start. Firstly the tomatoes had never seen a glimpse of... More

We went to Belfast on our motorbikes for a weekend and stayed at the Balmoral .The rooms were comfortable, the staff were excellent and the meals were lovely. The only problem was they stopped serving meals early on Sunday night. That seems to be common in Belfast.
