Stayed 2 nights and couldn't of been happier with the hotel. Location is excellent and staff were great as well. Highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Belfast. Is only a 20 minute walk to the city centre and has great transport links as well.

All rooms are non-smoking. There is a smoking area outside the bar, and guests have 24 hour access to the hotel if they wish to go outside during the night for a cigarette.

15 minutes and £20 in a taxi but if you are on a budget the train station is a 5 minute walk and costs about £2 one way to Botanic station which is just across the road from the hotel. There are also regular buses to the Europa terminal and then a £1.50 5 min train ride the Botanic station. Hope that helps.
