Downstairs appears nice and gives false impression of how you think you will find the rooms. Staff nice and friendly. Everything else terrible. Do not stay here. See pics below and this is exactly how I found the room.

It only cost £40 for a double room, it's convenient for the ferry, breakfast was £8 each, hot water in shower and clean bed BUT it's a typical workers hotel and I for one would NOT recommend it for families.
