We stayed in this hotel for 1 night my party had 3 rooms. 2 on the 1st floor & 1 on the 2nd floor. While the rooms were aged they were all clean and well appointed. The on suites were all cleaned to a high standard. The staff were all excellent, friendly & professional. The bar was comfortable & served... More

Do not stay at this place, wouldn't even discribe it as a hotel. Our room was full of dirt and even a nightdress left under the bed. Ugh, was totally unacceptable, I can understand it is an old hotel, that is fine but there is no excuse for not having the room clean!!!!!! I had to complain twice before anything... More

Stayed Mon. To Fri. But never again..Breakfast was lovely and staff friendly but room was disgusting. Cleaners idea of doing room was to throw duvet over bed and put some blue cleaner down toilet. Each day I had to make the bed properly but I had to put up with the dirt in the bathroom. The whole room needs decorating... More

This hotel is in a great location. It is near the city centre and near the Cave Hill and Belfast Castle. As an experienced traveller I thought the hotel was great value for money. As we were out sightseeing every day it suited our needs perfectly. A great bonus was that we could open the bedroom window and the shower... More

The hotel itself is a bit run down and shabby, but the rooms are perfectly functional and a great base to get around Belfast from. Our room was cold and the duvet was too small for the bed. The wifi is fast and the TVs are modern with 9 channels. Wouldn't recommend for a relaxing break, but certainly recommend if... More

While the people were quite nice and the food quite good, the room was awful. The bathroom, while quite small was not bad overall but the rest of the room was terrible. The bed was the tiniest Full in the world (more like a large twin), the furnishings looked liked dormitory style. I am sure there are other places in... More

Booked this hotel as a friend was having a party there. Read the reviews so didn't expect much! The bar, reception area and function room all look nice but the rooms are a disgrace. There was two opened packets of meat sitting in the room when we arrived! Ours stunk of smoke and was filthy. Hairs in the bath and... More

Stayed here for one night and I was honestly glad to leave! The reception was very nice as well as the staff. Unfortunately I don't think I will return as the hotel had very little standards when it came to the cleanliness of the rooms. There was hairs which where not mine on the bed, a cracked mirror and thick... More
