This bed and breakfast is located in the periphery of the city. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast served is of superior quality. The room has all amenities a traveler would need compactly arranged inside. It is located some 10 minute Uber ride away from the railway station. The neighborhood is safe and is worth a stroll.

This B&B is on the main road into Belfast, with great parking outside. We had a room at the front and the road wasn’t an issue for us.
Our room was so big and spacious, the bathroom was a good size. Both were lovely and clean, with toiletries provided.the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was very nice and cooked beautifully.
We were able to walk into Belfast and The Titanic Centre.
The staff and owner were very helpful.

Easy to find and lots of parking.
Marian was an excellent host. Warm meet and greet upon arrival with lots and lots of suggestions for the area.
The room and bathroom was large and very modern and clean.
It's a nice walk to the bridge into Belfast city center and sight-seeing.
We were more than welcome to leave our car in the parking lot the next morning if we wanted to do some more touring by foot.
Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious.
My only concern is the wheelchair ramp. There is no railing or guard on it and I tripped off the edge and sprained my ankle. Luckily, it wasn't too bad and I had a tensor bandage in our first aid kit. It could have been a lot worse. I suggest that a barrier of some sort is put on the edge.

Our first stay in Belfast, and Marion and her crew were great. Large clean rooms. Great Breakfast. Walking distance to everything...beautiful park right across the road. Tourist tips made the stay fantastic.

It is a lovely B&B with real "curb appeal!" We were thrilled when we pulled up out front. The inside is just as lovely, very nicely done. The room was a nice size as was the bathroom. Very nicely decorated but very, noisy! We heard every door opening and closing, people on the stairs and the floors, although carpeted were very creaky. I did not sleep well either night. But the breakfast almost made up for it. Truly delicious and made to order. Fresh coffee served in a French press. Everything was homemade. The manager, Marian was terrific. We got in late the first night and there are NO restaurants in the area. She called up the road and got us in at the local golf club. Delicious dinner overlooking a beautiful course. Nice surprise. The down side was no restaurants or pubs within walking distance.
