The best B&B I've ever stayed in. Great location and facilities, superb food, and lovely owners. Good local transport links. Good wifi. The B&B is absolutely spotless. I can't recommend highly enough.

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Belfast. Located in a lovely leafy area, you can drive into town in minutes, or take one of the frequent buses (7A/7B, bus stop just at the corner), but there are also a couple of very good places to eat within walking distance (The Shed!). The rooms are spacious, clean, nicely... More

Rose leith House is an exceptional place to stay in Belfast. Extremely welcoming hosts Donna and James, so friendly and will go out of their way to assist you. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding. I cannot recommend staying here more highly.

Enjoy staying here as Donna and James are so friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming.. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belfast. It is not too far from the town centre and for going in other directions. As I was leaving a lady from eastern Europe thanked Donna and said it was a... More

We visited Belfast and the Antrim/Causeway Coasts last week and stayed with Donna and James at Roseleigh House for the second time in two years. As before, we found a hearty welcome, great food, helpful touring advice, lovely comfortable rooms, and friendly hosts. Would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

We had a really really nice stay at the Roseleigh B&B! Donna and her husband are really lovely and friendly people. They gave us a lot of information what we should do or where we should go for dinner. One of the best things of our 2 days stay was the breakfast. It is really delicious and something special. On... Arriving with my daughter, Donna, the landlady, greeted us by name, and helped us to settle in. She goes above and beyond the call of duty, not only booking a restaurant and calling a taxi to take us there, but offering to lend me money to pay for the taxi, as I hadn't managed to get any Sterling by that... We were here for two nights on our way around Northern Ireland. From the moment we stepped through the door, you instantly knew that you had made the right choice. Donna is your perfect hostess ensuring that everything is just right and the room we had was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast is when things just got even... More

Everything was nice about The Roseleigh house. But the friendliness of both Donna and James made our stay. Also you must try Donna's french toast. It my sound a little strange, but it is the best I have ever had. They are very helpful about what there is to do in town and it is only about ten min walk.
