Stayed for two nights last weekend. Have to say from the moment we entered Roseleigh House we were made to feel very welcome by our host James. He could not do enough for us and really made our stay. The bedroom was clean, cosy and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic - really a big step above your normal B&b... More

We arrived after an early flight over to Belfast and a long day at work. Donna met us and made us feel very welcome. The house is beautifully appointed, and the rooms were equally warm and inviting as Donna's welcome. We were given recommendations for eating out (the fantastic Shed, see separate review) and the following morning, after a great... More

Fine room, with full amenities, quiet location and very accessible to city centre and excellent service including quality breakfast. Roseleigh has a family atmosphere and we found it a great place to relax in during our weekend stay in Belfast.Would recommend it unhesitatingly.

Had a lovely stay for two nights at Roseleigh House in September. Donna and James are perfect hosts. We walked into downtown what is a 30 minute walk, but you can combine that with eg visiting the botanic garden and the Ulster Museum. The breakfast was the best one we had on our two week roadtrip. To summarize. Just perfect.

Lovely bright and spacious room, friendly owners, located in a quiet area but still close to the city centre, and a fab breakfast! The owner couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Our second time staying in Roseleigh, five years after the first, and I'm pleased to say the place has retained its charm and cleanliness and top class breakfast. It's set in a superb location just off the Ormeau Road, but quiet enough for that busy thoroughfare not to be a hindrance. This time, myself and my girlfriend got a room... More

As an infrequent business visitor to Belfast my colleagues have recommended Roseleigh House as a place to stay. I have stayed here twice now and I have found the B&B to be clean, comfortable and friendly - Donna and James are the consummate hosts. Always smiling and helpful. The breakfasts are absolutely amazing and keep you going all day. I'd... More
