We only stayed one night in Windermere guest house but it was a lovely stay! The check in was quick and easy however they only take cash so be aware. You can pay at the end of your stay though. This small b&b is located away from the city centre in a university area, very close to the campus and...

Had difficulty gaining access to Guest House. Parking problematic. Breakfast adequate. Room fairly warm. Shower great. Bed very comfortable. The Owner arranged a black cab tour which proved to be the highlight of our stay.

This B&B is quite a distance from the City and requires a bus journey from the bottom of the road , however it is well situated and car parking available. It is an older type building with high ceilings, the room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the En suite was on the small side. The breakfast was acceptable...

I stayed here recently and it's great . The staff were lovely and made me feel very welcome. The room was small but comfortable and the place was very clean. Added bonus of parking. Lovely breakfast options as well.

From the photos it looks a lovely traditional hotel. Beware th photos don't show the stains on the carpets -the windows that don't close properly - the fiurnture that doesn't match which is grubby and stained - the curtains that don't pull together properly - the breakfast room with its dirty table clothes and unappetising very fatty cooked breakfasts. Please...

Comfortable, clean bedrooms. Public areas smart, with a hint of old-world style. Good breakfasts. Handy location. A warm welcome from the lady owner, for whom nothing was too much trouble, especially an early breakfast so we could catch a plane. Strongly recommend.

Great value, cosy room, delicious Ulster breakfast, but the whole house smelt of fried food - fine unless you have meetings to go to the following day. maybe proper ventilation in the kitchen would do the trick? otherwise a perfect stay!

Stayed here for 2 nights with a friend. It's in a fab location, about a 20 min walk into the centre of Belfast. Rooms are spacious and comes with breakfast! The lady who runs it is also lovely. Will be returning

A great location so close to all the aminties ,good filling breakfast but that's all you get, although the sheets ere clean, the towels there so very thin, the kettles wires we're exposed, the T.V worked if you juggled the antenna or held it in your hands. It's a good cheap place if your a Uni student
