Our overnight stay here was not what I had hoped for. The room wAs very stuffy and though clean the decor was very tired. Our bed sagged in the middle and the thin walls admitted noise from the corridor, other rooms and the street outside so we slept very fitfully. The receptionist was pleasant and breakfast was fair but overall...

This is a nice enough hotel in a good location. It is as you would expect from a Holiday Inn - standard rooms, very lean with good amenities. The restaurant and bar offered good food and service. The only down side was the bed was very uncomfortable and is probably ready for replacement.

Never judge the book by the cover and indeed in this instance I would totally agree. I was a little underwhelmed as we approached the Holiday Inn Express in Belfast after a 5 hour drive. It looked small, dark & unexciting. We were welcomed at Reception & allocated our room 101. For the first time in a long time I...

Stayed here as part of a group of four, including two marathon runners for the Belfast City Marathon in May 2014. Room / bathroom were basic but very clean and comfortable. So we stayed in the Holiday Inn Express in the Queens Quarter on Monday and Tuesday 27/28 of October, it was a very nice hotel in a nice suburban street a short enough walk to Botanic avenue which had lots of restaurants and bars. The rooms were spacious enough and spotless, all credit to the household staff and the beds were...

Stayed Mon 27 Oct and were very surprised to be offered a room at 10.30 instead of normal booking in time at 3. Room basic but very clean and beds comfortable. Staff friendly and the breakfast excellent. No complaints except for the parking which is a bit scary trying to manoeuvre out of a very tight space.

Arrived back to the hotel@ 2330 to find a large number of teenage girls generally making a lot of noise in the downstairs communal area, staff behind the desk didn't seem concerned.
