For the second time I have stayed here the check in was poor, one staff member with too much to do and it ended up taking a long long time. The wifi is also very slow. The food is good and I can recommend it and the breakfast too.

PREMIER HOTEL – BELFAST In the heart of the Titanic Quarter and convenient to the major highways. Paid parking with a discount for overnight guests. Walking distance to all the attractions there, with a Hop-on Hop-off bus stop across the street for exploring the rest of the city. Across the street from PRONI (Public Records Office Of Northern Ireland) where...

hotel was good but parking was a nightmare...ended up paying £22 for parking as we accidentally parked in odyssey staff car park (right beside the hotel entrance!!). Hotel couldn't do anything about it yet there is no STAFF CAR PARK sign so you think you're lucky when you find a space close and realise the next day you actually weren't....

The room had a strong smell of damp which made staying in the room uncomfortable. It wasn't reported though as we weren't spending much time in the room. The bed was ok but a bit lumpy for me taste.. I also had phoned a takeaway and had asked the doorman to phone me when it had arrived. The delivery driver...

Location excellent for Titanic and Game of Thrones attractions .Pleasant 15 minute walk to city centre . Efficient taxi calling service. Very comfortable beds and good substantial breakfast. However was given wrong information by staff re Titanic opening times and airport buses. Perhaps I should have double checked as it could have had unfortunate consequences. Despite that hitch I thoroughly...

I couldn't fault this hotel even if I tried. They let us check in early, the room was big, clean, comfortable. The bed gave me the best nights sleep ever. The staff were friendly and helpful. After four days I I didn't want to leave. The breakfast was lovely and the meals in thymes were reasonable and mmmmm. It was...

Excellent location, short walk into centre of city, our room looked over front of hotel, a room overlooking river, etc would be nice. Even with SSE Arena close by still quiet. Close to Belfast City airport.

Excellent stay. Friendly staff. Very clean great value for money Clean comfortable room with a view of the harbour. Small complaint about a longer than usual wait to be checked in at reception Other than that I would recommend a stay here anytime.
