Very clean well layed out. Super close to the SSE Arena if attending anything. Price was brilliant. Lovely view when sitting in bar. Had nice walk around titanic, small convent store near by. Would recommend.

Stayed here for five nights and had the usual good comfortable stay, had a room on the fifth floor overlooking the harbour, nice and quiet even with window open. Used this hotel as a base working all over Northerrn Ireland and it's a good base for this, Newry is only a 3/4 hour drive and Bushmills just over an hour,...

There was pee on the wall of the bathroom that had not been cleaned off, hairs on the new 'clean' towels, the restaurant is not open for lunch and the car park costs a fortune. The bed was good and I got a good night's sleep but all these little things put me off staying here again.

Hi Colin Thanks for reviewing your recent visit with us. While I'm really pleased you found the bed comfortable and slept well, it's a shame the rest of stay wasn't up to our usual standard. I'm most concerned to hear about the cleanliness within the bathroom as all rooms should be thoroughly serviced before check-in. I've passed this on to...

Beside SSE arena. Very handy for concerts and ice hockey games. Comfortable, clean hotel. Friendly, efficient staff. Good food and great night's sleep. Have stayed here quite a few times and will stay again. Recommended

As with most premier inn hotels when it comes to the general hotel and rooms, comfortable beds and clean rooms, 2 guys at front of the house are what all hotels should be like, friendly, helpful and know exactly what a guest needs, however this is where this hotel starts going down hill badly, we took a family break of 11,including children...

Great location! Right next to the SSE arena and just about a 20min walk from Central station. Also, the next day we strolled through the Titanic quarter and into town, which was also just a stones throw from the hotel. We checked-in online a couple of days before arriving, then just used a machine to quickly and easily get our...

This is a good location and the staff are professional and helpful. The only real fault with this hotel is the poor size of the car park. You need to be careful that you are entering into the correct car park, the instructions are clear, just don't be rushed.

We always book Premier Inn where we can, as the standard is always high, and we weren't disappointed. Our child has Aspergers, and knowing that the format will be the same in each Premier Inn is so important to us in helping her settle in a new environment. As others have said, great location for SSE arena, Titanic, City Bus...
