Delicious food in beautiful surroundings- perfect location for afternoon tea! I'm sure the original afternoon tea is delicious but the Christmas version that we had was brilliant with a lot of attention to detail. Staff are friendly and helpful and I would love to go back!

Comfy bed, Great breakfast, free wifi, staff very friendly and helpful, Warm shower, secure and overal very clean, Great location on the lisburn road, plenty of shops and nearby food places, would definately stay again, much cheaper than a hotel but far better in terms of experience and facilities. Victorian style is great too

My partner and i attended the wedding celebration at Maryville and we also stayed there that night. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the room was beautiful. It was so good that we've already booked another night B&B with them... can't wait!

I had heard positive reports about Maryville and had occasion to visit on a Friday mid morning. As a corner site in leafy suburbia this Victorian house sits in mature gardens. On entry to the large hall there are 2 rooms - I chose the right hand one at the back of the house which had the coffee machine and...

We were here as a large group of ladies for my daughter's home hen do. What a lovely afternoon of eating tasty food made fresh. Great selection of tray bakes, sandwiches and savoury bites. Staff were lovely and we had a room just for our function. The only down side for me was circular tables, one of which seemed miles...

Thanks all at Maryville House for another absolutely faultless three nights at your wonderful Boutique Bed and Breakfast. Being so far away from home is never easy and as such, I am so pleased I found my home from home in Northern Ireland some time ago as the consistent extremely warm and friendly welcome, atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness and home cooked...

Thank you so much for your lovely and kind review! All the preparation and hard work does get noticed most of the time, but it is extra nice to get it in writing and to be able to show all the staff who work and go that bit extra to make it special for our customers. Thank you, thank you!:))...

It's my 2nd time to come here for food. I came for afternoon tea last time and for lunch this time. The service definitely needs to be improved. I have been sitting for 10 minutes and no menu and no service was given. It's pretty hard to have the staff's attention. You have to do everything by yourself - ask...

Dear Reviewer, It is such a shame that you did not bring any of your complaints to our attention at the time of your visit, especially since this was your second unhappy visit with us. I find it difficult to understand how this has happened, unless it was very quiet and perhaps a member of staff simply did not hear...

Maryville House is in a quiet location off the busy Lisburn Road where you can find shopping and many restaurants on the edge of affluent south Belfast. It is a beautiful Edwardian residence with plenty of parking. The staff are excellent ensuring that all in place for the residents. The room was clean as was the bathroom. However, it was...

Thank you for your lovely review! We do appreciate that some of the rooms are more spacious than others, the room you stayed in has a lovely four poster bed, which is large and does take up a lot of the room, however most guests rave about the comfort. We do apologize for the water not being up to the expected...
