My husband and I did not stay at Maryville House, we did, however, go there for afternoon tea. It was a wonderful experience. All of their pastries/scones are home made and delicious and so was their house-blended tea. We also had champagne which made it quite an occasion. The ladies who served were delightful and very knowledgeable about what to... More

Had an appointment at a nearby private hospital, and found a place to park outside Marville House. After my appointment, my wife and I decided to avail of breakfast at Maryville house. A lovely quaint entrance hall, which leads into the dining area. My wife had a cinnamon scone, and I had scrambled eggs, bacon and toast with tea for... More

Stayed here travelling (unusually) solo, for a quick stop in Belfast for sport. The staff are non resident, but a later than usual check-in was arranged with no trouble, and the room was delightful. A small double in the top floor of the house, wonderful for a single traveller on a single night stay - and I wish I could... More

We visited here not sure whether to visit for lunch or afternoon tea. There is parking in front which was ideal as the main Lisburn Road and side streets were busy. What struck me on entering was the peace and calm as opposed to the noisy Lisburn Road outside. We had a choice of seats and sat near the window.... More

Had an apple and cinnamon scone and a raspberry and white chocolate scone with two coffees recently. The scones were fresh, good size and very tasty, served with butter and homemade jam. The coffees were lovely and there was free refills for filter coffee which is always a bonus! Service friendly and the setting was welcoming. In Belfast it is... More

We called in here for a quick cup of coffee having stumbled across it. I'm so pleased we did we had a superb afternoon tea served on a tiered plate. The entrance is like you are entering your great aunts house having passed through a lush front garden passage. The experience seemed to be based on style but don't let... More

I stayed here for two nights with two friends. This B&B also has a cafe open to non residents. All our rooms were well appointed and very clean, the building is in Maryville Park, but right on the corner with Lisburn Rd. Lisburn Rd is a main arterial into the city centre but we all found our rooms quiet during... More

Thie little gem is absolutely amazing! The rooms are spacious and the staff are the friendliest people you could meet. They leave complimentary cakes out for the guests and they are truly scrumptious! The rooms were quiet but so convenient for the city. Just hop on any number 9 and it will take you virtually to the door. If you... More
