I had booked the Hilton as part of a special weekend visiting Belfast to see the Who. Unfortunately they let me and about a thousand other fans down so decided to stay here for two nights. It is a typical business hotel which caters for tourists. Nothing to make it stand out apart from its location in the city centre...

I am a silver card holder for Hilton Hotels - possibly more if I remembered to score all my points 😉 Stayed in the executive room at the Belfast Hilton - unlike, for example the Hilton at Gatwick, your free access to the executive lounge in Belfast is limited to free 'served' beer and wine ( at Gatwick Hilton &...

I have stayed at the Hilton in Belfast before and it is usually much better than the other hotels nearby but this time it disappointed me. The hallways on the first floor smelt of smoke which was strange, the room did not though and was spacious and clean as always. The breakfast let me down, this market caters for business...

Great location and fantastic breakfast. Great rooms and very tidy etc. Pity it was ruined by the ignorance of the check out staff on the Morning of our departure? Basically blaming me for not supplying a voucher that should have been asked for at check in. Made me feel like it was my fault. She spent 10 minutes trying to...

We arrived there at around 5pm - parked up the car in the car park....sadly like most car parks we knew it would be expensive (and it was). It cost the thick end of £20 for 24 hours! The same lift takes you to the reception... the staff at reception were attentive and the concierge gave excellent instructions for our...

Hilton have a cumbersome, un-userfriendly, over-engineered booking system and process which delivered a thoroughly frustrating customer experience. This was not helped by an uninterested receptionist and a hold time of more than 20 minutes with the reservations team (before I hung up). However the hotel itself is very nice, centrally located and the staff were pleasant and efficient.
