We stayed in an executive suite on the eleventh floor with two walls of windows which gave stunning views over Belfast including the iconic Harland and Wolf cranes. The hotel's measures in response to covid were excellent, in communal areas every second table was out of use, hand sanitizer was available and one way systems were in use. I particularly liked how they managed breakfast, enabling a buffet system but without queuing, we were invited up and then from a distance pointed out what we wanted. I felt safe at all points in my stay. We found all staff extremely welcoming, warm and friendly which also added to our experience. Highly recommend the Hilton Belfast for a bit of luxury during these strange times!

A stunning hotel, absolutely spotlessly clean to the highest standard and really taking every precaution possible with the current COVID restrictions! Stayed in a wonderful king room on the 7th floor, great views of the river below and bed extremely comfortable, great power shower and bath also! Breakfast buffet 10/10 and well organized, choice of both continental and hot food breakfast was wonderful, all staff were so friendly. Great location, really nice part of Belfast just beside St. George’s Market and all the lovely bars restaurants and shopping centres less than 5 mins walk away! Parking £15 for 24 hours with hotel discount in Lanyon Place multi-storey car park which is directly beside the hotel. Would definitely stay again!!

Stayed last night for our first hotel experience since the pandemic broke. Overall impression is that the hotel is absolutely spotless. Every inch of the hotel has been completely refurbished and the whole place has a high quality, new, fresh and clean feel to it. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was bright and modern and well designed. Toiletries were of a good quality also. The new No4 bar looks fantastic and such a change from the old bar. Social Distancing in the bar was very well managed and felt completely safe. The food and drinks were excellent too. The hotel is experiencing some teething issues with breakfast which they will resolve given the hard work and dedication all of the staff show. It is early days and a little patience will see things running smoothly. Overall the Hilton is back with a bang. First class hotel, first class staff and we will definitely be back soon. If you are a visitor to Belfast then the hotel is centrally located and within easy reach of all of the usual attractions. Happy to recommend!!

Dear SINGITLOUDSO , Thank you for taking the time to leave such an excellent review following your recent stay at our Hotel over the weekend . Your feedback is brilliant to read and will be shared with the Team to further inspire them in looking after all of our Guests. We have now been reopen for three weeks and are welcoming back many previous Guests who like you are amazed to see the full refurbishment throughout the Hotel which was only completed in March after 12 months of construction works . All of our bedrooms have been renovated with excellent new Family rooms added and plenty of bathrooms improved with spacious walk in showers . As you kindly mention , our new stylish No4 Bar adds enormously to the ground floor alongside the many features of the reception foyer space. We have had some teething issues on breakfast service and we extend our apologies . Under current health guidelines , Hotels cannot showcase large buffets like normal and we have just reintroduced a plated full breakfast service having trialled a Grab and Go option . We will also be moving breakfast service back into our spacious Sonoma Restaurant this weekend which had been temporarily closed due to a ceiling leak since reopening . Our new Executive Lounge will also reopen later this week for evening service on weekends only for the time being . Thank you again for your excellent recommendation and we do hope to have the opportunity of welcoming you back again soon . Kind regards Mark

Upon arrival the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. The towels had stains, there was hair in the bath and brown marks by the toilet (hoping it wasn’t what I think it is). The receptionist was helpful and sent somebody to clean it straight away however when we arrived back in the room the dirty towel was still there. This is quite concerning irregardless of the pandemic. The lobby and the bar itself were really nice however and the staff were friendly. Another big let down was the £19 breakfast. After waiting 10mins to be seated they handed us a “menu” which only had a fry on it. The parking situation was a mess also and was quite expensive. Understandably, the hotel has had to make recent adjustments but this isn’t what I expected from the Hilton.

Terrible service, waited at least 15 mins for a drink in the bar, asked for a coaster and straw, never received it. Breakfast the next morning, absolutely awful, waited over half an hour for hash browns and had to ask for toast 3 times. Terrible, terrible service.

Dear P5232YGsharonm , I was very sorry to read of your experience and please accept our apologies on this occasion for not delivering the service we are accustomed to providing . Your feedback is greatly valued and has been acted upon . It is always concerning to read of disappointment and we have taken immediate steps to overcome such issues from arising again . We are finding on weekends that many guests are staying in the Hotel during evenings rather than going into town and we will certainly be rostering more team members on duty and reopening our Executive Lounge on weekends . We will also be reopening our spacious restaurant later this week for our Breakfast service - unfortunately we had some ceiling leaks last week which took time to repair and redecorate . Due to covid guidelines Buffets are still not allowed but full plated breakfast is now available again . If you would like to speak with me further please do contact me and I do hope that you will allow us the opportunity to make amends on a future occasion. Kind regards Mark
