Whenever I'm in Belfast I'm coming back. Staff is friendly, bar and restaurant are good, rooms are clean but I repeat saying it needs an upgrade in the rooms to be real Hilton! Shower curtains is absolute not acceptable anymore. They smell and that's a downgrade too this hotel. Some make over of the rooms would be time. Don't get... More

I stayed at the Hilton in Belfast on a Saturday night in September 2016. The hotel is pleasant but the rooms seem to be a little outdated. It's within a 10 minute walk of many restaurants and bars. The room had a nice view of the river. I'd stay there again.

Stayed at the Hilton for a weekend Belfast. On arrival the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Although booking in time was 3pm and we arrived at 1:30 and only wanted to leave our luggage the receptionist said there was a room available at the earlier time. The room was modern, clean and well proportioned. To stay that the bed... More

The staff on arrival were very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeably particularly of 'things to do'. My wife uses a wheelchair and the room was okay but a wee bit small . The roll in shower was very good, with hand grips and shower seat and did not flood the bathroom. Nowhere to place shampoo etc in the shower. The Bar was... More

Hilton usually stands for good standard and Hilton Belfast is no exception. Everything seems to be in place. The front desk presonnell was very polite and helpful and the sheck-in was very swift although there was a big group coming at the same time. I had a room on the top floor with a nice view overlooking the city. The... More

This hotel has really great staff especially Alan in the Exec Lounge. The hotel was clean and I loved the Irish items at breakfast with a lovely view of Samson and Goliath! Loved the warm welcome and will stay for longer next time

I will be honest, staying at the Premier Inn was not an option this time as the accommodation was provided for me. This is great as I can compare a budget stay to a upgraded option. The Hilton DOES live up to its reputation, the hotel as you would expect ticks all the boxes and let me tell you why.... More

I visited the Hilton back in November 2015 (wouldn't allow me to change my date back) and the staff weren't very helpful. Our bed leg was broken and instead of giving us a new room they tried to fix it themselves diy which later broke again on us! The room should have been checked before allowing new customers stay over.... More

Hilton Belfast seems to be resting on their laurels. Guest rooms are 1-6 with floors 4-6 presumably with a view. If you stay there, and are an Hhonours member, then executive levels or bust. Hilton Belfast were completely off their game during my two night stay. TV remote out of batteries, amenities not replenished, beds not made property. I'm not... More
