Stayed here overnight and was disappointed. Room cleanliness was a massive problem. The shower mould was a massive issue and when made staff aware I was told it would be sorted but when I came back to the room it was still there and hadn’t be touched. I also need to mention that on check in as a gold member I was not given any water on snacks on arrival.

Hotel's Favorite
I have just returned home from a long weekend in Belfast and I had the good fortune to stay here. My partner is Gold so the hotel very kindly upgraded us to the Exec Floor. The lady who checked us in couldn’t have been friendlier. We were allocated room 1111. Great view over the City with side views of the Samson and Goliath cranes, the Titanic museum, the Lagan and Stormont in the distance. The room, and indeed the hotel, has undergone a modern refit. The room was great. The bed was huge but a little on the firm side for my taste. That’s just a preference however. It was spacious with nice furniture and a decent TV. The bathroom was a bath/overhead shower combo. I prefer cubicles but it done the job! We used the restaurant for breakfast each morning and there was a variety on offer including cooked and cold options. The quality was excellent and the chefs served the hot food. All staff were friendly and we were walked to a table each morning. The hotel put up notices to say that they were being affected by the self isolation issues resulting in 10% of the staff being unavailable. I have to say that they coped tremendously well and there was no noticeable decline in service. Finally, the location is superb. A few minutes walk to Lagan Station, St George’s Market and you can reach most of the popular city centre locations in about 10/15 minutes walk. If it’s a dry day as it was for us you can reach the Titanic in 25 minutes. All in all well done to all the staff for their professionalism, hospitality and warm welcome to Belfast. I had a superb time in the city and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Would throughly recommend the Hilton if you’re considering it. Enjoy your visit.

Response from Mark Walker, General Manager at Hilton Belfast
Responded Aug 25, 2021
Dear Graham C , Thank you so much for taking the time to post such a brilliant review following your recent stay at our Hotel . I shared your post with my entire Team who were thrilled to read all of your extremely favourable comments and they will take great inspiration from this in looking after future guests . The Hotel has had a full refurbishment within the past 18 months and I am very pleased that you found all of our facilities and services to your liking . Clearly you also explored the City at great length and our location , as you kindly mention , is ideal to reach most of the main attractions and cultural/shopping areas on foot . I do hope that we may have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the very near future . Best regards Mark

Exceeded expectations. Hilton Belfast never fails! Stayed here many times before and again another 5 star review. Paul at the concierge desk was very polite and helpful. Aaron on check in was very welcoming and pleasant and couldn’t have been more helpful! Breakfast served by Nicholas was first class. Enjoyable. Great to see that even after a worldwide pandemic that Hilton haven’t let their standards slip! Tip - ask about discount car parking at hotel

Beautiful hotel very close St George’s market and city center. Everything in this hotel is beautiful. Beautiful views of the river. The staff were so helpful. Especially Paul Who went above and beyond to help us with printing boarding passes. Very clean. Lovely decor. Large bathroom. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The walking google direction lead us the long way around the building but we had a nice stay despite the diversion. The breakfast was great and the room comfortable. The staff was excellent and made our stay even better. The lounge was nice for Diamond members and the staff there way over the top.

This is the first Hilton I have stayed in that was pet friendly. Wow. I can honestly say the staff go out their way to welcome you and your furry friend. They are courteous and there is nothing that you could have ask for that they wouldn’t get. It had a very warm welcoming lobby and the rooms were spotless with every amenity you could want. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I commend the manager and all staff for a smooth well run hotel. The only draw back is the parking which is next to the hotel. Even with the hotel discount it is extremely expensive.

This was by far the best hotel experience ever. The staff is truly remarkable, the food and drinks exceptional. The location was perfect walking distance to everything in town and close to Titanic. I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are the best part, dedicated hard workers! Sarah, Ciara, Kerian and all the rest of the staff were so kind!

We went to Belfast for a family holiday for 4 nights - the hotel is perfectly located within walking distant to city centre, near shopping, restaurants, music venues etc.I became ill during my stay, the reception staff went above and beyond to help, rang an ambulance, stayed with me, reassuring me, while at the same time looking after my family, they were so supportive, so kind and caring. They held it all together in a professional and extremely caring manner while we all fell apart. I did get to return after 12 hours in hospital, the food was gorgeous, breakfast was everything you could think of, from kiddies breakfast table to lots of fruit and healthy options too as well as the Irish Breakfast fry up... Bar was relaxing and modern and very quiet. Ideal place to rest your head after days of visiting all the tourist attractions in the North of Ireland - highlight was black cab tour organised by staff at reception.

We stayed for a conference but unfortunately, one of our party was taken ill. The hotel staff responded incredibly well - particularly Kieron - who used first aid on the patient and reassured us until the ambulance arrived. Christine who was the hostess at the hotel restaurant was so incredibly kind and thoughtful during the whole experience. Thank you all so much. (Also, hotel location and views are brilliant, rooms spacious and clean, perfect for any kind of stay).
